Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry

We have traveled all over France staying at Airbnb properties, and we’ve learned that 5⭐️ reviews should be lower. This place is a legit 5 ⭐️ and I wish all Airbnb hosts were as good as Christine and Gildas. The home has been updated with new heating and air conditioning, a great TV, with a lovely yard, and all the little basic things which you wish you’d find in every Airbnb but don’t. Gildas is friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will be back, for sure.

Very pleasant stay in this superb accommodation located in the heart of a beautiful village. The unit is very well equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. Everything is done to make the stay enjoyable. It's very well thought out, down to the smallest details. It's very nice, tastefully decorated, I highly recommend it. This accommodation is ideal for a getaway in the heart of nature. The area is very beautiful, in the heart of the forest, and the accommodation is very functional with everything you need. The setting is very peaceful — a few minutes from the accommodation on foot is a magnificent viewpoint (with very little traffic), and about ten minutes on foot from the Seine. Very privileged setting, cut off from the world (no shops nearby on foot — accessible by bike or car) Hosts are very kind, responsive and available. Very smooth communication The only difference to note with the listing is the view of the Seine, which is no longer relevant from the accommodation.

We were allowed to be guests for a week in this beautiful little town right on the edge of the forest. Despite the heat, it was pleasant in the apartment and the courtyard was a nice place for a glass of wine in the evening. We felt completely comfortable and would gladly come back :)

Very nice accommodation, well equipped! There's also a very nice exterior. Very good communication with Christine who was also very generous in offering us fruits/vegetables from their store.

We were bouldering in the forest of Fontainebleau. Marie's accommodation is perfect for this. We were two with a small baby in the accommodation for two weeks, we lacked nothing and we were extremely enthusiastic about the tranquility and the perfect location in the middle of the boulder areas.

The house is very well located, quiet, on the edge of the forest, with a large garden. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and the house remains cool even during hot summers. Very nice terrace and good equipment in general! Josiane was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is accessible by public transport and shops can be reached on foot. Very friendly welcome by the neighbor Dominique. The apartment is very clean and as described. The kitchen is functional, well-equipped and well-stocked with basic foodstuffs (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, spices, coffee...) The terrace and garden are very pleasant, in the sun in the morning (a large awning can be unfolded to protect from the sun on the terrace if necessary) and in the shade of the building in the afternoon, which was very appreciable for this very hot weekend. Large blinds also keep the apartment cool, we were very comfortable despite the very high temperatures. Recommended in every way!

The apartment was simply perfect: clean, very functional, well-equipped and as described. We immediately felt at ease there. The host is extremely pleasant, responsive and available. The contact was smooth and fast, which made our stay even more serene. I would recommend without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

An ideal apartment for a group stay. The accommodation is clean, spacious, well furnished and you will certainly enjoy the balcony. The train station right next door and the shopping center opposite make this Airbnb a very good choice in every way! Validated for my part ✅

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.
