The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

In a 19th century house and its 5000 m2 park, renovated in 2020, enjoy an independent 90 m2 accommodation in a wing of the house, with its kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m2 master bedroom with double bed, an 11 m2 bedroom for children with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180 bed), its 30 m2 living room, and a private terrace. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
