Very nice apartment, comfortable and bright, on the first floor of our house with independent entrance. Ideally located in Saint-Félix, between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, perfect location to enjoy the lakes, mountains and countryside. Etangs de Crosagny a stone's throw away, departure of beautiful walks or bike rides from the accommodation. Shops in the village 800 m away: bakery, butcher, supermarket and various restaurants as well as a doctor's office and a pharmacy.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 meters (2,133 feet), the 180° view from the terrace of the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Here, you can frequently spot birds of prey and other birds, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants.
