It is about 45m2, includes a large bedroom with TV, storage space, a kitchenette and a large bathroom and its walk-in shower. All the space is open, there is no separation between the bedroom and the kitchenette. The terrace faces east, very nice in summer. It overlooks the 3.50 m octagonal pool.
