Loved this condo & location. We were far enough from the business of the PCB strip/Pier Park but still close enough to drive over within 10-15 min. The condo itself was exactly as described & is our favorite stay so far. I will recommend bringing a bag of ice to give the freezer time to catch up from being cleaned out prior to stay. It took it a solid 24 hours to be freezer cold, & didn't actually make sufficient ice until day 5 of our stay. However, not nearly enough inconvenience to count against our amazing stay. Just grab a bag of ice or two as you're arriving. (There's an ice machine in the parking garage.) Beach was gorgeous, views beautiful. We saw a manatee swimming right in front of the condo one morning, a couple of sharks (NO DANGER TO ANYONE), shell collecting was great, water was warm & clear, sand bars were the best place to set up our chairs & enjoy the sun & water at the same time. If this condo is available for our next trip, we're booking it & you should too!

Beautiful property, VERY clean condo! Quiet and relaxing location. Loved the multiple balconies to have coffee at sunrise on. Would stay again for sure. We were sad to find out there was no fishing allowed on the docks by the condos, so you have to leave to do any fishing... otherwise amazing (:

Our girls trip to Mexico Beach was amazing! All the amenities listed by Anna were accurate and it wasn’t even but a 5 minute walk from the condo to the beach. Will definitely come back and stay at Anna’s place again!

Great place to stay! Host is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Well appointed, clean condo in a great location-just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views and so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and relaxing to sit on the balcony to watch the waves and hear the sound of the ocean. We even saw dolphins which was very exciting. My family enjoyed playing in the sand , water and even fishing.

Quiet spot with easy beach access. Well decorated, stocked, and comfy master beds. The ocean view is tenuous, but it's a quick walk or ride to the beach.

Property Manager was very helpful and answered us promptly. Very Easy access to beach! Property had everything we needed!

We utilized Brittany’s place for a girls trip. We were very pleased when we showed up with how well it matched the pictures and how close it was to the beach! The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The kitchen had some Tupperware and utensils that we utilized that most air bnbs don’t carry. I highly recommend booking with Brittany for your trip to Panama City and we will be booking with her again as long as her air bnb can accommodate to our group!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, where we could unwind and listen to the waves. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun beach adventure, this place is a great choice. We’d definitely come back again!

House was beautiful. Golf course was beautiful, if your golf. Both pools was clean, almost private, beach wasn’t that close but within 15 minute drive.

Nicole’s place was very nice! Very clean and well appointed. We had everything that we needed to make meals and have a great stay. The pool is nice and the beach is just a short walk or drive away. Great Vacation!

The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Fantastic beach condo - clean, accurate description, and walking distance to everything. Perfect for any group, and had all basic amenities needed for a long weekend. This was our second time staying at this complex and would return in a heartbeat. Property management staff was extremely kind and responsive when there was difficulty with the keypad during check-in (no fault of theirs)!

The unit was really clean, well-stocked, cute decor, great pool view. The property was really nice. Our family of four had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! Robert was an excellent host. His communication was great from start to finish.

We fell in love with this area! The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, spacious & comfortable, with all of the comforts of home! Best stocked rental we have stayed in, in terms of kitchen & bathroom supplies-thank you! We enjoyed the comfy beds, extra throw blankets / pillows and games. Easy walk to the beach & shops/ eateries made for a memorable family beach vacation! We would love to rebook!!

Great stay! I would recommend stocking up as recommended on their guest portal before arriving as Mexico beach does not have a ton of shopping options for groceries !

We loved our stay! Tommy and Rebekah thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with every conceivable need, down to Tupperware containers for leftovers! Everything was clean and comfortable! My sister particularly enjoyed the bunk bed cubbies ;) it was an easy walk to the beach and having the pool was nice as well. we will definitely go back!

This was our second year, it's perfect for us and super relaxing. Will definitely come back.

Exactly what I wanted! The view was amazing! Unit was clean, nicely furnished, updated, and provided the ideal space for us! It felt bigger than I expected! Sheryl was super easy to reach and very accommodating !
