Our stay was amazing and the place had literally everything we needed and so much more. Will stay again!

We had a great stay at Brenda's place. It was very nice, private and access to nice pool, which my grand daughter loved. Short drive to beach access. Close to Angelo's Restaurant.

The second story condo, was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for two older adults bicycling in the area on a short stay. There are two pleasant and private balconies. One overlooks the bay and the other overlooks the boat docking area. We enjoyed sitting at the table on the bay balcony for snacks, coffee and the big water view. Pleasant breeze and few annoying sand gnats. You do have the same expansive view from the inside as well, which is a nice retreat. This gated grounds area has several different buildings. All seem well kept and it was very quiet on our weekday stay. It was convenient to the bike trails we wanted to ride and the two state parks, Bald Point and Ocklocknee, that we wanted to visit. The internet access was adequate for us, we did have to reconnect occasionally. The place was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed our stay in a low key part of old Florida that is fast disappearing. Would return for another visit. Easy place to like.

My husband and I enjoyed 3 wonderful nights here. It was so peaceful and relaxing! Loved walking to Angelo’s all 3 evenings. Great drinks and wonderful food. The place had everything you needed to be comfortable and also to cook a great breakfast. We will be back very soon!

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. Everything thing that we needed was there. Jenna was a great host and the coffee bar was a nice addition.

This place is conveniently located in downtown Apalachicola to shopping and local eateries. The place was clean and accommodating.

Good things do come in small packages! The unit is a 2 bedroom with comfortable beds and living room area. Also very nice outside areas (front and back) with a privacy fence and even an outdoor shower, washer and dryer in one area and a screened in porch with nice table and chairs in the other area. Nice kitchen area with ample pots, pans and utensils for cooking, with full sized stove, microwave and coffee maker. Living area has a comfortable sofa and large TV. Air conditioning was more than enough to cool the interior if needed. The whole unit appeared to be updated and was very clean. We would definitely return and communication when needed was always followed up with a prompt reply from the owner.

Our family of 3 and dog had a wonderful spring break here. The place was actually nicer than the pictures made it look. The pool was lovely. We were so grateful to be across the street from the beach and even be able to see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Also, the kitchen was extremely well stocked with appliances/glassware/cooking supplies. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon.

I would like to say that the hosts location is very convenient to Carrabelle and all its fishing and beach offerings. Our host went out of her way to rectify an issue upon check in and was in constant contact with us throughout until resolution was found. Would not hesitate to book one of her properties again! Apalachicola is super cute! We loved our space—just a heads-up that there’s a solid staircase leading up to the unit, and be sure to turn off the hall light at night, as it can flood the space with light. The balcony was a great spot to relax and lounge!

We had a great time! It was quiet, which is what I needed as a middle school teacher at the end of the school year! The fishing from the pier was great also!

Great place to stay! Host is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Well appointed, clean condo in a great location-just a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views and so peaceful. We had a family gathering where two of the larger families got big houses. This place was perfect for my wife and myself and within walking distance to the other families. It was on a lower level, but that being said we LOVED all the light that came in through the windows. And the place was beautiful inside. All my relatives commented that it’s the perfect little “ couples getaway”.

Nice place. quiet. Not much to do in town. good location with nice view of the river. the extra fees charges are expensive.

we've been to st. george island 20+ times and have stayed in several different units where margaret's unit is located. that said, margaret's place is definitely the most recently remodeled and the overall design/upgrades feel very current with great interior style. all the while feeling like you're right at home in a comfy bed. the walk to the beach is very short & accessible for all. i'd give her 10 stars, if possible, for her excellent communication & availability! if you're looking for some real r&r in a safe, peaceful, quiet location don't pass this place up. anything at the east end of the island is definitely worth the extra 10 minute, very easy drive.

This was a great place with nice quiet neighbors and good privacy. The place was well kept, clean, and well decorated and stocked. I had all necessary utensils, pots and pans to cook as well. The host was very prompt in responses and pleasant to communicate with. Whatever brand that chair is in the living room - it's the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in and I need the brand name so I can get one! It is on the smaller side - this is not a negative though, and I was aware of the size before I booked, it is just something to consider before you book. If you have multiple kids like me it might feel a little crowded at times. I definitely CAN recommend this place and would have no issues booking here again!
