Very comfortable accommodation, quiet and located in the city center, in the pedestrian zone. Hà and Jérémie were very responsive when we needed to ask them. We have great memories of our 3 days in Valencia. The hospitality of Hà and Jérémie contributed well.

We had a great weekend at Catherine's, the apartment is ideally located in the heart of the old town. Free parking really close by. The apartment is atypical and very cozy, and has a crazy charm! It is very functional and very well-equipped. In short, everything was perfect, we recommend it 100%

We spent a night with Christiane and were very satisfied with the welcome, the quality of the accommodation and its environment. the bedding is good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The private terrace and access to the swimming pool are a big plus.

Our stay at Jean-François's went very well. We found the apartment to be very clean and cozy. It is well located for walking in Aubenas and visiting different places in the Ardeche. We recommend it!

Immaculate extremely well presented accommodation with a great unrestricted view of the country side and distance hills from the covered patio. A very peaceful, quiet and relaxing atmosphere accompanies your stay with many places to visit in the local area. Our hosts Sebastien and his son, Nathan, were most welcoming and keen to ensure we had everything we needed. Would be our first port of call should we visit the area again in the future. Highly recommended.

We were delighted by our stay in this charming cottage, where the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding landscapes immediately won us over. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby hiking trails. The cottage is perfectly equipped, with a functional kitchen and very comfortable bedding, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Although Aurelia was not present on site, she was extremely responsive and available by phone, always ready to give us valuable advice on local activities. We felt at home, in a peaceful and welcoming setting. An experience that we highly recommend to all those looking to recharge in an idyllic setting.

It's the most beautiful house we've stayed in in recent years. The host leaves her family home as it is, for guests she does not know and offers access to a complete pharmacy, all the ingredients in the kitchen, still and sparkling water in bottles at will, linens including towels in abundance. All these little touches and trust contribute to feeling comfortable and respected from the outset, inspiring mutual respect. The house is huge, full of nooks and crannies that allow you to cohabit without stepping on each other. The garden is very well maintained, beautiful, with a prolific wisteria that shelters a flock of birds that frolic in the morning and evening. No vis-à-vis, very nice pool, absolute calm, a well-stocked proxi (meat +++) 200 m away, 2 restaurants/bar, hiking trails next to the house, and Laurence's very wise visiting advice. We had a great time at Olivier's place. The accommodation was impeccable, as described, and very well located. The host was particularly welcoming, available, and responsive throughout our weekend. A much appreciated attention: upon arrival, we found a bottle of wine and caillettes in the fridge, which immediately gave the tone of a warm and friendly stay. We recommend it without hesitation!

A perfect stay! Where do you start? Already the kindness of the owners. Then the charm of the house. We add the environment which is beautiful with a pleasant lapping of the small stream and the sweet melody of the birds. The excellent bakery is 5 minutes away by car. The surrounding roads and villages. And the pool that kept all its promises! We must admit that we had quite capricious and sometimes very cool weather and yet the pool was at 29°. A joy for the whole family, even in the rain. Very nice memories and a desire to come back as soon as possible. Thank you so much to the owners and congratulations to them because they are creators of happiness and beautiful moments! Looking forward to coming back home.

Accommodation meets expectations and value for money. Accuracy: it says washing machine + dryer off these appliances are not in the accommodation but in a laundromat for a fee within the residence.

I had a wonderful stay at Valerie's place, absolutely delightful. A perfect place to press the pause button and recharge your batteries. One of the first things I noticed was the silence, no noise, no traffic. Just nature and your own footsteps. Valerie is such a kind and caring host, she created a beautiful cocoon to retreat yourself and fully submerge in the stunning natural surroundings. The place was very clean and comfortable, decorated with a lot of taste, beautiful wood structures and natural elements. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.

We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.

We spent two weeks at Maxence and Déborah's place and it was two wonderful weeks. The accommodation is perfect, nothing is missing and everything is provided for the comfort of the tenants (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Outside, a magnificent terrace as well as a play area for children (trampoline, swing, etc.) as well as a courtyard to play pétanque, molki, etc. And what about the pool... heated, with exceptional views of the Ardèche reliefs. What a pleasure to bask in this view and calm. Thanks to Maxence and Déborah for their hospitality, availability, responsiveness and many tips on sightseeing in the area.
