We had a nice stay and the apartment was very well equipped and lacked nothing. The parking space in the underground garage was particularly practical. Sadan was always hardworking and very helpful. Communication was excellent The train station to Paris is very easy to reach on foot and the journey takes just under 25 minutes. All in all, absolutely recommended and reasonably priced.

Émilie was full of attention, instructions on arrival and welcome message. The space is impeccable. Lots of little touches: toothbrush, soap, cotton swab, makeup remover, slippers, not to mention the breakfast essentials: coffee pods, tea, sugar. We found the apartment very easily even though it was the first time we had come to Paris. The subway is right next door. Quiet accommodation, great location. thank you to Émilie.

Great accommodation, clean and well kept, Netflix was a perk! Neighborhood has a soccer/futbol field behind the apartment with kids playing.

The apartment was very nice, the service was great, lots of things available in the apartment, linen, coffee, small bowl of candy... I recommend it

I had a nice stay for a month in the apartment which is cozy, well appointed and equipped. The street is quiet and there is free parking nearby. You can walk to the center of Saint Germain en laye to go to the market and find all the shops you need. Antoine is also very responsive and attentive if there are any questions.

Jöelle and the apartment were amazing! This is the perfect spot for a quiet rest and some relaxation. It was a serene escape from our busy vacation!

Another great stay in Julien's apartment which is ideally located, a short walk to the RER train station. Would highly recommend!

Laurent's apartment is extremely close to a variety of cafes and restaurants which all were extremely hospitable and spoke in both English and French! It was very easy to commute from the apartment to downtown Paris in about 30min so for us the location was perfect. The apartment itself was easy to find and Laurent was available via the app to help us navigate to the front door. It was well kept and offered the amenities as described in the listing.

We stayed three nights in this apartment and are very satisfied. It was easy to find and we could park for free on the street, which is ideal if you come by car, as we did. The apartment was spacious and clean, exactly as in the photos. Communication with the host went smoothly; she responded quickly to our questions. For example, when we didn't know how the microwave worked, we immediately got a clear explanation. There is a possibility to travel to the city by public transport, but we did not do that. For us, this was a bit too cumbersome because of the transfer. We chose to travel with Uber, which worked very well, there was always a quick Uber available. All in all, a pleasant stay, especially if you like peace and quiet and don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. You will get a large, clean apartment in a quiet area.

Liudmila was an amazing host and her place was a nice spot to come back to after a day exploring France. Just outside of Paris and easy to get the metro there and back. Had a car so it was a good starting point for lots of places around. The unit was clean and comfortable and Liudmila and her daughter were there when we arrived and had just finished cleaning. They showed us around and made sure we had everything. Had an issue with the wifi but it was out of her control and she made every effort to fix it. When it wasn’t fixable she reimbursed us for a night and left us some lovely chocolates. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, bathroom was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. A bit of a rougher neighbourhood but we never felt unsafe or ill at ease, close to a couple nice boulangeries and an ok grocery store. I honestly can’t say anything bad about our stay. Liudmila was a wonderful host and so responsive.

Myriam is a helpful and thoughtful hostess and it was a pleasure to communicate with her. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and the location is enchanting- a pleasure to stay outside the crush of tourists in Paris. We would stay there again next time!

Very practical, pleasant and comfortable accommodation, the balneo bathtub is really a plus, we had a very pleasant stay.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
