You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

This place was beautiful, with enormous quiet garden and a large swimming pool. The house is located on the same property as the main house with the host. Hence, it was very easy to communicate.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

As the owner of the house, Sophia is very hospitable.She gave us clear instructions on how to get to the station. She was always there if we needed anything. We had a wonderful vacation in Paris thanks to her lovely house and pool. The city center is 3 stops from her house and it's easy to get there. We are very satisfied and happy that we were lucky enough to stay there. The turtles and the sweet cat visited us regularly, so we felt at home.Thank you Sophia ☺️

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the nice stay at Pascal's. We would be happy to come back to your accommodation when we are back in France :)

Very welcoming and very friendly couple. They are friendly and relaxed, everything you need to feel at ease. Beautiful, very warm property. The layout and furnishings are beautifully thought out, everything is impeccable and in very good taste! Unfortunately, I did not have time to visit the surroundings, but Conflans-Saint-Honorine seems to be a very beautiful town where the necessary is not far from the residence. Very nice experience. I would highly recommend it

They were great hosts, always responding very quickly. The place was just as described and super affordable for something within 20 minutes from downtown Paris. Everything was clean and easy to use. They even provided not only towels but also basic hygiene products and water bottles. I will definitely consider having them as hosts again next time I visit Paris.

This is a fantastic studio in an old, beautifully renovated barn, a stone's throw from Paris in a lovely, quiet rural setting. We enjoyed the beautiful, careful decor. That is done with a lot of taste. Beds super comfortable. Coffee in the sun in the garden🤩. Fully equipped kitchen👌. Delicious rain shower. Nice personal reception from Tom, with tips. Oh and the roses in the garden are really beautiful and smell wonderful! 🌹We would love to come back!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well made when there are many people. Enclosed garden ideal for children and the place and its surroundings really very beautiful. It's easy to access and the communication is excellent. Great place for a weekend less than 1 hour from Paris.
