This rental is not located on Rue Montois in Vers, but 2 km from the village of Vers. Ground-floor apartment in a house located in the Lot department, between Cahors and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. Separate entrance leading directly to a pond that may sometimes be dry, all on a wooded, fenced-in one-hectare (2.5-acre) property bordered by a river. Parking space. Equipped kitchen-living room. The Pescalerie Mill

The property includes a dwelling house built against the cliff and an unrestored mill built on a resurgence, with a pool of clear water and a beautiful waterfall. You will stay in the house which can accommodate 8 people without fear of disturbing the neighbors. The beds are distributed upstairs between a bedroom with a double bed and sink and a large bedroom equipped with 3 double beds + another double bed in the mezzanine, under the roof.
