Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is close to our home, but it has an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream while looking at the view, the sun's path, on one of the terraces or by the fireplace. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself for teleworking, escape as a couple... The hardest part is leaving. In JULY and AUGUST, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. 😊

Our small independent apartment, fully equipped (bedroom, kitchen, toilet and bathroom), is perfect for couples with possibly small children. Many activities related to the mountain or Lake Geneva are nearby. Several ski resorts (cross-country or alpine) are nearby (between 20 minutes and 40 minutes by car). Many walks are accessible from the house. A 2-minute walk away, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Jura.

My place is good for families. It is located 19 km from Lake Geneva and 24 km from Morgins (Swiss border town), close to winter sports resorts, Bernex (9 km), Abondance, Chapelle d'Abondance and Châtel, Morzine-Avoriaz which are part of the Portes du Soleil area (connected to two countries). You will have a terrace and a play area, garden. A room is also available for storing ski and bike equipment.

Le Petite Maison Neuvecelle is a charming village house on the heights of Evian with a terrace and a south-facing fenced garden. Possibility of bringing a motorcycle onto the terrace. This pretty atypical house is composed on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. Upstairs, an open space with a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed.
