Sa terrasse privée de 40 m² invite à la détente avec un jacuzzi en mosaïque pour 4p et un sauna, tout en profitant d’une vue panoramique sur les villes et les montagnes. L’intérieur, avec ses touches japonaises, crée une ambiance zen, parfaite pour se ressourcer à deux ou en famille. Réservation possible pour une famille (4p). Pour un groupe d’amis, maximum 2 personnes.

Vieille ferme dans un petit hameau isolé en forêt, à 7 min de la station, et 5 min du village en voiture. En pleine nature vous profiterez du calme, des paysages, Mont Aiguille, Balcons Est... Vous croiserez peut-être chevreuils et cerfs, nombreux dans l'alpage. Nous vous accueillions dans notre maison avec une grande pièce de vie, des livres, des bandes dessinées, des jeux, un lit bébé, 2 lits doubles et un canapé lit, 1 lit enfant. Animaux bienvenus ( chiens tenus en laisse ).

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Small 20 m2 chalet

Petit chalet avec vue sur le Vercors. Idéal pour randonner A 7 kms du col de l'Arzelier, proche de Gresse en vercors 10 kms, à 25 kms du lac de Monteynard et à 13 kms de Monestier de Clermont (où se situent les commerces : intermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie...) Animaux non acceptés. Pour tout chargement de vehicule électrique, merci de me prévenir. En effet la location ne comprend pas la recharge.

30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in 2023. Private terrace. Accessible by car, Grenoble city center is 15 minutes away and the ski resorts are 45 minutes away The apartment consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom with outdoor access and a shower room. It also has reversible air conditioning in both rooms.
