I recommend it because it is a very clean apartment, a beautiful, well-decorated space with small touches, well arranged. very quiet place and well located geographically.

The accommodation is spacious, the bedding very comfortable. The linen provided is sufficient for one week. The geographical location is perfect for visiting Dinan, Dinard and other sites. Lots of hiking suggestions to do within 15 km of the accommodation, which is great. Laurent is a discreet host and available for any information Great stay.

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location in a beautiful town. The apartment is spacious and light and even nicer than the photos. It had everything you could need and Ann-Kathrine was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

This is the most beautiful little apartment. It is so tastefully decorated and has everything one would need for a short stay. Don’t be deceived by the slightly tired appearance of the entrance and very steep steps to reach the 2nd floor. Once stepping into the apartment we were completely bowled over by the finish and attention to detail. The view is just incredible. It was magical to watch the river scenery throughout the different times of day from the 3 living room windows overlooking the river. The dark blinds and sliding bedroom door turned the sleeping space into a quiet, dark and private space. Great for a relaxing lie in. Everything was spotlessly clean & beds and sofas most comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and Valerie was a perfect host. Thank you so much.

Beautiful accommodation furnished with quality and decorated with great taste. Located at the foot of the port of Dinan, the setting is ideally located between the calm of the water and the effervescence of the restaurants a few dozen meters away. The outdoor areas are also very pleasant for lunch or relaxing breaks. We would recommend it in a second.

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is really cute, clean and very well located, in the historic center. Free parking nearby near the castle. Communication with the hosts was perfect, they gave us a very good address and very good advice. I really recommend it, and we'll be back with pleasure!

The accommodation offers a perfect location in the middle of the beautiful old town of Dinan. The apartment is quite small, but equipped with everything necessary. Check in by lockbox went smoothly. However, the apartment only has a small window and no air conditioning, so it can get very warm in the summer.

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

Excellent accommodation. The only drawback may be the three flights of stairs. We don't use the wifi or the TV, so I don't have an opinion on that. Dinan is wonderful and this accommodation is very well located to get to know it

Very well located apartment, in the city center of Dinan. Very clean and functional! Nearby parking, cheap (about €5 per day). I highly recommend it for those who want to visit Dinan and its surroundings!

Sébastien and Linda provided very clear information for a hassle-free self check-in. The apartment was clean, matched the description, and offered all the necessary supplies. There is a lot of documentation available for visiting the surroundings. We had a lovely and quiet stay. We recommend!

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

we had a very pleasant stay, the apartment was very clean, well-equipped, well-located (900 m from the beach) and safe place...bakery, shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. in the street...free parking.... i recommend it.
