We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

This is a very comfortable guest cottage with one bedroom, bathroom with large shower, kitchenette, and living room. Guests will occasionally share the dock, screened-in porch, and swimming pool. A beach pass is provided for Hunting Island State Park as well as beach chairs and towels. "MarshSong" is an inspirational place for anyone who just wants to relax, or explore; a good central point for visiting Charleston and Savannah. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach! The house has plenty of room to spread out and play games, eat, and socialize. The house has a complete kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals. This property has the nostalgic, cozy feel of being at my favorite aunt's house in the summers - warm and charming. Nice grill and fire pit in the back yard. The beach, though, is what makes this property truly special! It is truly private and just a few steps from the back door. The views are stunning and we saw less than a handful of people walking the beach the entire 5-day stay. We had planned to go out to dinner and explore a couple of nights, but, I have to be honest - the property is so amazing, we stayed in and enjoyed the beach and the family the entire 5 days. Be sure and visit Fort Fremont, a 5 minute walk from the house, during your stay and carve out some time to visit The Lowcountry Store on Sea Island Parkway! We all had a great time!

This spot was wonderful, great location, amazing views, back porch over looking water, dock close by to sit out over water, just a few steps away from the club house. The house was very clean, well stocked and very functional. I would rent again if I visit the area.

Summer beach vacay! Views, Pet friendly, Golf Cart

We really enjoyed our time at Stay Frippin Salty! We could not believe how incredibly quiet and peaceful the home and neighborhood were. The house was perfectly clean and organized, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Marisha was so helpful, generous, and responsive. Our favorite thing to do was to ride around in the golf cart taking in all of the wildlife, scenery, and beautiful homes. In two days, we counted 72 deer, 1 gator, 3 raccoons, and an incredible variety of birds, including our first-ever sighting of a painted bunting. We followed Marisha's suggestion and went down to beach access #1 to walk on the wide, wild beach--so lovely! We spent one morning taking in historical homes and churches in Beaufort, and another exploring Hunting Island State Park. Seaside Bar and Grill was fantastic. Thank you, Marisha!

So beautiful and so peaceful! There were three of us for the weekend and we fit comfortably. Very quiet, close to multiple beaches. Maurice was very responsive and super helpful as well. Highly recommend, we will be back!
