Spacious/Open/Breezy/ laid back and very, very easy going and SAFE ! I’ve traveled through a number of Airbnb’s here in Barbados and St. Vincent and the Grenadines ( 3 months) and this clearly is somewhere if you get the chance, try to experience. This place is close to all the west coast of Barbados has to offer, yet tucked away when you do not want to have interactions with the rest of the world. Restaurants and nightlife of Holetown close within reach, with other restaurants within even closer reach by the main road (8-10 minute drive). I have been here for almost 3 weeks on my own and I can say that if you ever needed an extended family away from home…”how do I do?/ Where could I get? …. “ it is all BAKED in here ! This family are probably some of the nicest and kindest people on the planet! For two compatible happy couples this is a dream space !…. Two separate enclosed units for two couples on the ground floor of Andy and Evette’s home. The building is SOLID!!! Plumbing (showers!) /electrical (hook up whatever !)/appliances (modern; very friendly cooking!)…. Soooooooo quiet and peaceful here with a panoramic view (balconies) overlooking the ocean perched on a hill !!!!….. lots of tropical birds and quite a few baby green monkeys playing in the trees and the rooftops of neighboring buildings . This is the normal . I’m so glad I found this place !!!!!!!!!! VERY VERY RECOMMENDED !

We had a great stay at the WKD beach lofts! The beach across the road is beautiful!The rooms are spacious and there’s plenty of communal space on the rooftop, Daniel is super friendly and is always happy to help.

I had such an incredible time staying at Ann’s. Being right on the beach and watching the sunset from the balcony was amazing. The location is perfect - restaurants near by and a quick walk to the Esso where you can get all the necessities. Bus stop right out front to take you anywhere on the island. Don’t need a rental car at all. I can’t wait to book Ann’s place again and again and again!!!

Taariq's place was very clean, open comfortable and breezy. It had just the right amount of dishes and cutlery. Location is superb and even within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay (2 weeks) at the Golden View Apartment. Winston is very friendly and helpful. Answered always within very short time and was there to meet us even it was later than announced. Thank you for that!!!! The apartment is wonderful airy, always a breeze, so we didn't use the AC. Space enough for all out stuff. Most important plus: a new large perfect fridge, which is the most importan item in this climate. Breezy balcony with view to the garden. With the help of the blinds we could prevent the apartment from getting hot and sticky. Wonderful and well maintained garden with large pool. Location is perfect, close to all amenities but calm. We fully enjoyed our stay and hope we can return for another one. Thanks again to Winston.

Jenn's place is incredible! She, her husband and daughters extremely welcoming and kind. It's exactly as described: breezy and spacious 2 bed, 2.5 bath. It's very quiet/safe yet only 6-8 min drive from the west coast beaches and restaurants. Haymans development is very close. Beautiful pool, outdoor grounds and pastures nearby for a nice morning walk to see cows, goats, monkeys, ducks and horses. We will be back!!

So much to say about this wonderful Airbnb, Kassandra's place is supurb. I have stayed on several Airbnb's on the island over the years and this is the best to date, so clean and well looked after by Lucy, very well laid out with a large kitchen , huge bedroom , a new large shower just to name a few animaties on offer. Set back up on a hill in a peace setting and benifitting from the warm breeze A big bonus is the nice terrace to sit and eat meals on , Kassandra is a very respoinsive host and made the whole experience super easy ... I look forward to returning soon 👌

We had a fabulous 8 day stay. The cottage is well equipped and is perfectly placed for shops,beaches,bars and restaurants. There is a short cut to the supermarket which we found priceless when carrying groceries. The sunset crest club was minutes away and has excellent facilities for a day round the pool. We ventured out along the beaches which were beautiful and empty. Shopping centre is close by also. Lizbeth and Patrick very helpful and lovely owners even helped us out with some milk which was hard to come by. Would definitely go again but I’d go for longer next time.

We rented the entire house as there were nine of us. The location was amazing. You can grab a towel, have a dip in the sea and wander straight back to the house without having to pack all your stuff for a day on the beach. The property is within easy reach of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and St Lawrence Gap is only a short walking distance away, along with other great beaches. The house was cleaned and sheets and towels changed regularly. Stephanie always replied quickly to all my questions before arriving and was available for help should we have needed it once we arrived. She also arranged a taxi pick up from the airport on our behalf and allowed us to use the house until we left on our return journey. None of us were ready to go home, we were there for two weeks, and would happily have stayed longer. Hope to return one day.

We had a great stay with our two kids! The house is spacious and well located near supermarkets, a range of restaurants and cafes and also Rockley Beach. We hired a car and recommend asking for Becky’s details if you’re considering it - great friendly car hire at reasonable prices. Only things to be aware of are fact that rooms are quite bright in the mornings (no curtains or very effective blinds) and there is a fair bit of animal noise from local dogs and chickens! But we got used to that after the first couple of days and enjoyed the local neighbourhood atmosphere. Our kids loved seeing the chickens around and the mango and coconut trees opposite.

This is a huge house, comprehensively equipped with a beautiful and well kept garden. The rooftop terrace is a bonus, looking down on the ocean and catching the breeze. All the staff we connected with, in the office ahead of our visit and at the house, were super friendly and helpful Unless you only plan to chill out on the beach or in the garden you’ll want to have a car. There are very few restaurants or other attractions in convenient walking distance. But in 10 to 20 minutes drive you’ll find lots

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It felt very spacious and comfortable with a lovely deck overlooking the beautiful garden and pool. The house keeper and gardener were very friendly and helpful. We loved being within such close walking distance of Gibbes beach, which was a very manageable few minute stroll with a baby and toddler.

What can I saw about our stay at Franklyn House. WOW. From the minute we arrived at the gates of the house our holiday started. The house quite simply is exquisite. The pictures do not do it justice. All bedrooms large doubles and the lounge area huge. Outside we ate breakfast and lounged at the large pool. Paradise. Only a 5-8 minute walk to the beach club where sunbeds were in abundance and the beach club served light lunches. Perfect. Holetown a 15-20 min walk. We didn’t hire a car and we didn’t need to. Would I recommend you stay here - a huge yes but just don’t book March as we are going back then.

The house is a spacious 3 bedroom home, with a 2 min walk to the beach. Property manager was very responsive and friendly. Great location!

a mature lady traveling on my own, this tiny house was perfect for me. location was fabulous, tucked in behind the Dover House (very private), so close to the beach and amazing restaurants. I felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. full size bathroom with full shower, air conditioner that works, kitchen with everything you'll need, bed was comfortable, floors were spotless, did not see one bug! I would recommend the tiny house to solo travelers or a couple. many thanks Dwayne for your hospitality! I'll be back!

We had a wonderful holiday and an absolutely fantastic stay in the apartment. As described this is a two bedroom apartment both with ensuite facilities, separate kitchen,lounge and balcony across the property. The balcony provided absolutely wonderful views of the bay. The apartment is above the to Tiki bar and has direct access to the beach. Regarding the property, it was clean on arrival and we were met by the host who introduced us to the amenities and local area. She was very helpful and friendly. The property itself provided exactly what my wife and I needed for our holiday and facilities were excellent. We will definitely stay again. The apartment is in a great area. The beach is as depicted in photographs and a great beach for swimming with hardly any rocks in the sea or coral. It's accessible to the boardwalk providing easy access to other bars and restaurants. Nearby there is Starbucks and a supermarket a short walk away. A taxi rank further along the road and of course publ

I stayed at Shona’s property for two weeks. The property was just as described—comfortable and very well located. The gated community is safe and pleasant. Shona was very responsive, always quick to reply to messages and ready to help with any issues that came up. I truly appreciated her reliability and hospitality.

Paul's place is incredible. RUN don't walk to that confirm reservation button. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the pictures do not do it enough justice. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean just a couple of feet from the patio was amazing. Saw several turtles swimming everyday. The amenities were great, clean and organized. Very spacious and secured. Paul is very responsive, kind and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and beaches in walking distance. A short bus ride or taxi to other popular areas in either direction. I stayed 6 days and did not want to leave. I will be staying here again when I'm back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very friendly hosts and made me feel right at home! Perfect for a simple, walkable and homely stay in a local neighbourhood. Can feel warm at night with fans instead of air con but they did the job. I showed up without remembering to contact earlier that day and still found my way in quickly and easily.

Robert’s place is convenient, clean and spacious. The price is right also. You won’t regret staying there. It’s well worth the price.

Perfect Private Property for a vacation. I came with my family and there was so much space for everyone to move around and it had a kitchen that was fully equipped ready to use, with plates and utensils! My family and I found that very useful and it helped us save money in comparison to eating out everyday. Guy was very helpful and a wonderful host along with his associate Tamara.

The most incredible host, location and amenities. We had a wonderful experience staying at the flat, the views are incredible, the setting is peaceful yet conveniently located within walking distance to the restaurants and food markets. The flat itself is so nicely equipped with anything you may need, which is always much appreciated. The beach is right outside the villas, extremely convenient especially if you are traveling with kids. There are even a few playgrounds: in the back of art splash cafe and across the street from the art splash cafe (3 min walk). Added bonus: farmers market with fresh produce and some local delicacies, located at art splash parking lot (3min walk). We had the best time!
