Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint James City

Irina place was very clean. smelled so good like lemon grass . it was nice and cool. bed was comfy too and the little outside area was nice as well had 2 chairs. I would definitely come again.

we absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great and walkable to restauurants and stores, access to a nice pool, and enjoyed the private balcony. The extra amenities that is provided such as beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. is a great bonus! we can't wait to come back!

Brody was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The unit was extremely clean. There was anything you could want in the kitchen, from silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, potholders, glasses, plates, etc. Back patio was quite comfortable. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for quite some time. Quality appliances and hardware. Plenty of wooden hangars. He even had a clothes steamer to use! I highly recommend this place and will look for it on my next visit to Fort Myers!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

I cannot say enough about how responsive Wendy is. We had a few hiccups with our stay that had to do with a leak that occurred with the AC. Unfortunately, I had to call Wendy at almost 11 PM on our day of arrival and she picked up immediately! She worked to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and stayed in communication with me the entire time. We visit this area often and I will definitely reach back out to Wendy for another stay :)

Great location. Very peaceful with great kayaking all around. Everything inside the house was clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive with great instructions.

Beautiful place with lots of amenities. Pool and spa were great, kitchen was well stocked and overall the whole place was fantastic. Several large fish out by the dock but didn’t have time to do any fishing.

Amazing property! Incredible hosts - so responsive and helpful. We had an absolutely fantastic family reunion week. So many things to do with adults and kids - from the beach, to the house pool, to watching the dolphins and manatees. The property is perfect for rest and relaxation, as well as entertaining.

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

The stay at Lisa’s place was great. Minutes from Sanibel and Fort Myers. We enjoyed the pool and hope to be back again soon.

Perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Fabien was extremely responsive. Place was spotless and pool is close by. Definitely would stay here again!

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

We LOVED our stay. It was so peaceful and the view from the balcony was magical. The care/communication was top notch! Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect and it’s wonderful to see Captiva coming back. The condo was perfect, I prefer the bayside and the pool was so close. The only negative which had nothing to do with the condo itself was that when I arrived for check in at Royal Shell (3pm) I was told the condo wasn’t ready and I had to wait for a text. An hour later I did not receive a text notified Royal Shell and they told me to just go to the condo but someone could be there to inspect it by 5pm, that of which did not happen. Then upon check out I had a knock on the door at 9am from the house cleaner telling me there was no rush but she was leaving linens by the door. Checkout was not until 10am.
