Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Saint James City

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for unwinding. The house had everything I needed, and the kitchen was especially well-arranged with all the cooking essentials, and plenty of restaurants near by. I also really appreciated that the light switches were labeled—no guessing games every time I entered a room! Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, thoughtful, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-organized, and super comfortable. The space had everything I needed and felt really welcoming from the start. You can tell the host put thought into making sure guests have a great experience. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses, easy check-in, and very helpful throughout the stay. I really appreciated the little touches that made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I had such a great time and would definitely stay here again. The home is a perfect vacation home when you want to get away and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of activities/games in the home and the kitchen was well stocked; from panini press, airfryer, grill. I love to cook so it was nice having more than the essentials. My son caught his 1st fish! The home had everything to catch and eat it, lol! The heated pool is awesome, the views are relaxing, home is spacious. We explored downtown Fort Myers, which was a close drive from the home. There were some unique stores and nice areas to stroll and discover. If you're into seafood stop by Izzy's..the food was delicious and the kids loved thier burgers. the key lime bar dessert was one of the best I've tried. Being able to explore and come back to a warm pool was phenomenal. Remember to bring your bug spray if you plan to sit out by the canal in the evenings for the view, fire pit, or fishing. The Host really thought of every small detail! The art work in the home is impressive. LOVED IT ALL

Great price for what we were looking for. Great communication and had no problems checking in. Some of the bikes had problems with the chain or tires, but aside from that the house was great.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Ft. Myers. Varun was a very responsive host & gave us super clear & easy directions for check in/ check out. The place was perfect for what we needed & had everything we needed! The 2 bathrooms worked out great for our group. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. Great location- about 15 from the airport & 30 from Ft. Myers beach! Would recommend & stay here again.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Anne and Shane have created something truly amazing! I haven’t slept that good in years! My husband and I actually meant to see what mattress they used because it was COMFY. I even went so far as to try and amazing the linens because they were just that good. It was the perfect amount I space for us and our long weekend. We spent our weekend at sanibel and even managed to bring home a massive conch shell. We’ve decided that if Anne and Shane will have us, we want to come back year after year. Everything was perfect- the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook, the bathroom was absolutely stunning with a roomy shower, and they even provided all sorts of extras for any activity you may what to do(bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and an umbrella which we room full advantage of). 10/10 experience! If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Best decision ever!

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island since Christmas 2021. We used to visit every Christmas and owned property that we lost to Hurricane Ian. We had a lovely stay at Palmer’s place. The location was great - a short few minutes walk to the beach, very bikeable and quiet. I was worried that the island would not be ready for guests again, but we had a lovely time seeing lights, getting ice cream, biking and shelling. There is still some construction, some owners and still rebuilding, and some businesses are still recovering. However, there is enough on the island to enjoy your stay - restaurants, bikes, beach access, and roads/bike paths in good shape! Palmer’s place was enjoyable - the Palm View studio had everything we needed, and amenities including bikes and laundry. The bathroom was so lovely, and the shower was amazing after a day in the sun. The small kitchen had a microwave and induction top, good for quick meals, and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend this stay!
