Ons verblijf in Normandië was simpelweg geweldig. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom dankzij Sonia, een geweldige gastvrouw, die ons heel gastvrij ontving. De locatie is perfect: rustig en relaxed, ideaal om even helemaal tot rust te komen. Het strand ligt dichtbij, wat heerlijk is voor een wandeling of een ontspannen middag. Het huis zelf biedt veel ruimte en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De tv-kamer is perfect om ’s avonds gezellig samen te zitten, en de uitgebreide keuken nodigt uit om lekker zelf te koken. Ook de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was erg handig tijdens ons verblijf. De jacuzzi was absoluut een hoogtepunt — wat een luxe om zo te ontspannen onder de sterrenhemel! Alles bij elkaar was dit verblijf echt geweldig. We hebben genoten van de sfeer, de rust en de gastvrijheid. Zeker een plek om terug te komen!

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. Le trampoline, les jeux, livres et BD ont ravi notre fille. Malgré un temps moyen, nous avons pu profiter du jardin, du jacuzzi et du hammam. La maison est aussi située à deux pas du cœur vivant de Saint-Pair sur Mer avec tous ses commerces et trois pas de la mer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette chouette maison. Merci à Chantal pour son accueil !

Absolute perfection. Jeanette’s warmth and hospitality are a perfect picture of her beautiful space. We loved eating dinner outside and spending the evenings watching the sunset from the hot tub. Everything was perfectly clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to return again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! La maison est conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est au calme. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants, disponibles et réactifs. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. We will miss our lovely walks down the lane. Will definitely return. A perfect little gem. Thank you.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable qui a su contenter tous le monde, le calme pour les adultes, le trampoline pour les enfants et le grand terrain pour le chien. Nous avons été accueilli avec un panier garni qui nous a été bien utile, car les supermarchés été fermés en ce jour férié. le lieu est agréable et l’arrivée autonome bien utile. Hannah a toujours été réactive pour répondre à nos nombreuses questions.

Le weekend prolongé a été magique, les hôtes sont accueillants, sympathiques et à l'écoute. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner copieux, le cadre apaisant et les recommandations de trajet et sorties de Sophie inscrites un book très clair. Les informations sont utiles et nous font gagner un temps précieux. Le mari de Sophie est également aux petits soins et à pris en compte toutes nos demandes. Il veille quotidiennement au bon fonctionnement du spa. Nous avons loué le loft avec spa et ça restera un séjour mémorable. Foncez, vous ne le regretterez pas :)

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the cottage. A few days in the area were spent with our dog visiting Saint Malo, Mont St Michel, lunch in Saint-Suliac and a local walk along the river. We loved the pretty enclosed garden and enjoyed having our breakfast there whilst listening to the birds. We really appreciated the home from home feel, the comfy beds and the crisp white linens. Many thanks again Fiona for putting some groceries in for us, this was really very kind and very much appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay and would love to return in the future!

Petit écrin de verdure incroyable niché non loin du centre de Granville. La maison est équipée de nombre jeux pour enfants, le mobilier extérieur est très riche (hamac, fauteuil coquille...) les chambres sont spacieuses avec un point d'eau non loin. L'arrivée dans le logement est simple, Sabine et Emmanuel sont réactifs. Logement agréable avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer de bons moments en famille comme avec les amis.

Très bon séjour. Avantagé d’avoir les propriétaires qui loge une maison à côté Avions 14 personnes dans le gîte d’à coté (dont 6 enfants) pour Halloween mais nous les avons peu entendus. Parking dissocié donc parfait. Super coin du feu (10€ le 1/8 de stère déjà fourni en arrivant) avec un poêle à bois qui fonctionne très bien Superbe attention pour le petit déjeuner. Une baguette fraîche serait un plus (pas sûr que cela soit possible vu le coin) mais c’était déjà bien les pains au lait.

Where to start with this review.. this is hands down the best air bnb we’ve ever found and i’m so glad we came across it. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s absolutely stunning. Our dogs loved the garden which was fully enclosed. The interior had great attention to detail, the kitchen was amazing to cook in and we really felt so at home here. Location wise it was within perfect distance from everywhere we wanted to visit (Granville, St Malo, Mont Saint-Michel) and had fab amenities within 10-15 minutes. The closest bakery was a 3 minute car ride. One of our highlights were the neighbours who we feel deserve a special shout out - Lesley and Rene went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed it. They also gave us some great recommendations for dog walks, beaches and local markets. We’d of been lost without them, so thank you Lesley and Rene. Don’t think twice about booking this place! A wonderful place to stay in rural Normandy. Jean-Francois is an excellent, friendly & helpful host. La Baronnie offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway, with excellent outdoor space to complement the cosy lounge and kitchen/diner. Gouvets is a lovely quiet village with nice walks, and well located for the major sights and attractions of Normandy

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Debbie et Guy. Le gîte était très propre et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous avons apprécié le calme et toutes les activités proposées sur place. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons vite !

Amazing spot to unwind from the big wide world, two hounds loved it with great walks in mature woods on your door step, with beautiful surrounding country side. Everyone we met or interacted with was friendly and very helpful. Great local produce to be had so go find it as you will not be disappointed. Would not and will not hesitate to highly recommend and book again....

This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways that there are likely an insufficient number of characters to capture it. Sandra’s home and the surrounding area were more than welcoming. Having the ability to see Mont St Michel from the property during different times of day and weather conditions was amazing. There are lush fields to gaze over. We were fortunate enough to experience a sheep parade, not once but twice as they traveled down the narrow town road to pasture. The restaurant, literally a stone’s throw away, had food that was unbelievably good (as was the cider) and we easily could have eaten there every day. We saw goats on the walking trail that looks to loop around a significant radius, all with a view of Mont St Michel. The home was quaint and comfortable. Sandra was a joy to work with. We literally couldn’t ask for anything more. As I said, there are insufficient characters and you probably have better things to do (such as booking this place) than read any mor

Un logement exceptionnel, très bien équipé, confortable et en plus, une grande cour fleurie donnant sur la vallée. Que demander de plus en vacances! À proximité de plusieurs beaux villages et de St-Malo. Merci de tout cœur à Soïzic et Delphine pour l’huile, les condiments, café et le savon de Marseille… toutes de petites attentions qui font chaud au cœur.

Die Unterkunft von Valérie und Alain ist perfekt! Sie ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Standort ist für die Erkundung von Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo und Dinan sehr gut geeignet. Nach einem Tag unter vielen Menschen ist die Unterkunft ein ruhiger Ort um abzuschalten. Die Kommunikation und das Check-in/out waren sehr einfach und klar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Valérie und Alain auf jeden Fall weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder👌🤗

wat een heerlijk huis, gezellige kamer en keuken, ruime slaapkamers, veel opberg mogelijkheden. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig en goed bruikbaar. Privacy. Een geweldig mooie tuin, goed onderhouden en een prachtig uitzicht. Het zwembad was heerlijk, goed van temperatuur dus ook bij minder weer te gebruiken. Taco is een super host. vriendelijk, en onzichtbaar aanwezig om het zwembad schoon te maken en de afvalzakken weg te halen. goede communicatie. De bezienswaardigheden en stadjes zijn bereikbaar met de auto. Wel wat km rijden. Wij hebben een enorm fijn en relaxed verblijf gehad. Taco, heel erg bedankt!

Logement correspondant à la description, endroit très paisible. Très bon échange avec le propriétaire, réactif. Je recommande ce logement.

Nous étions de passage pour le Grand prix moto cross, ce fut un réel bonheur de passer nos deux nuits dans ce logement au calme. Après la folie des journées passées, nous ne regrettons aucunement notre réservation, et si nous devions revenir, nous ferions escale à nouveau chez eux.

De woning en locatie overstegen onze verwachtingen. De woning is ruim van opzet, voorzien van alle gemakken en prachtig gelegen vlak bij de kust met een grote tuin. Wel opletten voor de verschillende afstapjes in de woning. Er zijn prachtige mogelijkheden om te wandelen in de nabije omgeving (de woning ligt o.a. naast het douanierspad GR34. Cancale is een leuk plaatsje met alle voorzieningen direct bij de hand met voor ons als hoogtepunt de oestermarkt. Saint Malo en Mont Saint Michel zijn ook nabij en beide waren zeer de moeite waard om te bezoeken. De tips van Valerie over bereikbaarheid, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants. etc. zijn zeer betrouwbaar. Valerie reageerde zeer snel op vragen en was uiterst behulpzaam. Kortom, we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Un tres beau logement dans un coin tres calme tout est équipé et jacques est tres accueillant et tres sympathique une adresse a retenir et je le conseille bonne adresse

Although Marie only spoke minimal English (& with my French) communication was excellent. Marie met us on arrival & ran through the house giving many tips, including finding restaurant reservation for the night of arrival. 3 bedrooms all with ensuite (& very comfortable beds) was a definite 5 star added feature. Extremely peaceful private country rambling garden made for perfect breakfasting complete with fresh home grown raspberries. Close to Mont Saint Michel & area made this a great base. Would not hesitate to recommend.
