Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. Great stay at Julien's! The apartment is close to the EHESP where I was doing a training, the parking space is a real plus. Quiet and soothing environment, you feel at home! Finally, I want to highlight the quality of the amenities because it's one of the first times I've seen an AirBnb so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. A big thank you, can only recommend!

Very well located accommodation allowing you to get around on foot. The plus is the private parking space. The accommodation is large and comfortable with a magnificent view of the sea 🌊 it looks like a watercolor painting through the window. We really enjoyed our stay and the children also loved it.

Ideal location of the accommodation, about 20 minutes from St Malo/Dinan,... Small town with local shop and a big + for having 1 different food truck 5 days a week. Nice place to stay with a nice outdoors space.

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. Very nice studio for a weekend or vacation. It is very well equipped and very clean. Its location is ideal, we are in a quiet area while having all the amenities nearby. We can do everything on foot, which is very pleasant. The immediate proximity to the beach is a real treat. Isabelle is a very attentive and kind host. She was able to make us beautiful recommendations so that our stay went as well as possible.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.
