The entire apartment was renovated to a very high standard in 2015. The job was done by an interior designer. The terraces with a total area of 36 m2, have beautiful panoramic views of the bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and towards Beaulieu Sur Mer. Good sun conditions with sun from morning to evening. You will be close to everything when you stay in this recently renovated apartment. You are right in the heart of Saint Jean with a view of the port. Easy access to the beach, the restaurants and with its own garage underneath. It is a bright airy space with great views. Please note because of it's central location there is some traffic / people / church bell noise. We do have triple glazed windows and black out curtains, so it is quiet for sleeping. But it does have all the buzz of Saint Jean!
