Ideal for a weekend for 2 to discover our beautiful city of Orleans. I offer my fully-equipped accommodation in my absence. Located on the ground floor of a building with pleasant views of a beautiful garden. You can eat outside while respecting the neighborhood (even if I am the only one to enjoy it, it is a common garden). It is in the city center, close to the theater, a 7-minute walk from the Orleans Cathedral. Easy paid or free parking 10 min walk on the banks of the Loire or adjacent streets.

45 m2 apartment furnished in 2022, located in a very quiet area of Saint Jean le Blanc. Orleans city center and La Source district (Universities, BRGM, CNRS...) can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car or bike (bike path in the immediate vicinity). Zenith and Co'met are within walking distance. Many shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, wine shop, bar-tobacconist, post office, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area etc). Bus 5/10 minutes away, tram 15 minutes' walk.

Cet appartement bénéficie des avantages de l’hyper centre, face à une place calme donnant sur l’un des plus beaux bâtiments de la Renaissance Orléanais. Charming studio, historic center, close to the Loire

The studio is new, equipped and carefully furnished. It is located in one of the most pleasant streets of the old pedestrian center, close to the banks of the Loire, all shops and bars/restaurants, and the many tourist sites to visit on foot (Cathedral, Jeanne d'Arc House, Groslot Hotel, Place du Martroi...) Important: Work is taking place on the street as in all of old Orleans. This is not a problem in terms of noise, but the street is a little hidden by the tarpaulins!

Very nice apartment, 3 rooms, completely renovated, Design, Place de la Bascule. Located on the banks of the Loire, in a quiet area and a 7-minute walk to the old center. Quiet residence with secure access. Apartment on the 2nd floor, sleeps up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms, an open equipped kitchen (with glass walls) on the SAM.
