Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Jean-de-Braye

This was a great apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Fantastic location - walking distance to everything. Nice, safe neighbourhood. Feels like a home. Lovely decor. The only thing others should be aware of is the noise. It is VERY noisy with traffic and pedestrians going by on the street, and music and noise from upstairs. Bring earplugs if you are concerned about noise. No laundry detergent so if you want to wash your clothes you will have to pick some up at the grocery store. Other than that, it's a really nice, comfortable place to stay. Nice towels, great kitchen, good water pressure in the shower. Lovely little courtyard outside. A few steps from the Cathedral. We would definitely recommend this apartment - great place to stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Gauthier's, who is an available host. The accommodation is new, functional with a pleasant terrace. It is ideally located in the historic district of Beaugency.

We had a great stay and are fully satisfied! The accommodation is absolutely quiet, perfect for resting. Waking up to the birdsong was a real joy. The exchange with the hosts was very simple and pleasant, everything was smooth. We were 3 adults and 2 children, and we had plenty of room for everyone. No complaints, everything was perfectly equipped. It's a shame to have had such a busy schedule: we would have loved to spend more time there, enjoying the accommodation and the beautiful garden. A place to remember!

Listing that matches photos. Clotilde is very responsive and attentive. All the necessary equipment was on site! Blackout curtains could be added in addition to the shutters that let light through. Also, the accommodation itself is quiet, except for the neighbors upstairs who are noisy if you are sensitive. I recommend the accommodation for a few days or more, you feel good there!

It was a pleasure to stay at Delphine's, she is adorable and her hospitality is great. The house is 5 minutes from the Château de Chamerolles that we wanted to visit. There are plenty of treasures in the area. The house is refreshing, perfect for a stay in the countryside and close to great restaurants and easy access for shopping. We recommend 100%

Well, I've been here for 2 months and I thought it was a clean, accessible, right apartment. Anyway, I had a great time. Parking right in front of the house. Simple kitchen, but with the essentials. A great modern televoy. Good quality internet Perfect and easy heating. I consider all amenities to be covered in a very quiet area, beautiful and accessible to all communications in Orleans. It's not downtown, but I didn't mean it. Sidney has always given me the accurate and correct instructions, so we haven't seen each other to date because it wasn't necessary. I would rate it great if you don't mind not being in town.

Corinne's place exceeded expectations, we were very impressed with the house, its location, and the amenities available to us. In particular, the patio and the well equipped kitchen were standouts and made the stay feel homely and comfortable. With a 20 minute walk to the train station, the town centre, and the river, as well as a 5 minute walk to a nearby supermarket; we could not recommend this listing enough!
