Small riverside house in the heart of the Poitevin marsh, 40 minutes from La Rochelle. Ideal for lovers of fishing, bike rides, paddle boats. Absolute calm 40 minutes from Ile de Ré or the Vendée beaches. In the kitchen, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, stove, capsule coffee machine etc. In the bedroom a double bed and a mezzanine with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room. All beds are 140 cm.
