Enjoy the cozy and uncluttered style of this apartment located less than 5 km from Place de la Comédie, Gare Saint Roch and 15 km from the beach. At the end of 2022 we made the crazy bet to completely renovate a house from the 1960s, in order to make it a friendly place where calm and well-being reign. The house is divided into 3 spaces. We live upstairs, the apartment is on the ground floor attached to the yoga studio. You will surely meet our little Loki, a very sociable little dog.

Just follow the arches to arrive in five minutes at the gates of the historic center (Jardin des Plantes, Place Royale du Peyrou, Place de la Comédie, Musée Fabre...).

It includes kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see map). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6x12m), is shared with the owners.
