Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Jean-de-Védas

We had a lovely stay in Montpellier. The flat was beautiful, very well equipped, and in a great location for getting into town. Brigitte and her property manager were very easy to communicate with throughout. We look forward to staying again upon our next visit to Montpellier.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, it is beautiful right by the sea and close to restaurants. Hervé was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. 😊

Isabella’s apartment was exactly what we wanted for 8 nights in Sete. Perfect location in the centre of the town with a wonderful view of the canal from the third floor balcony (the lift was very welcome!), excellent air conditioning and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars anyone could wish for. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a couple wanting a central location in this wonderful, wonderful town.

A superb place to stay! Easy check-in process. The space was clean and modern. Very quiet, too. Great balcony facing the sea-morning coffee was great! Very easy walk across the street to the beach. Super close to tons of very good restaurants. Found a wine festival at Levant Park the last night we were there. Perfect ending to a very relaxing stay at Arezki's place.

Very quiet studio, small table outside for eating, good bedding, very clean place. Matthieu and Amélie are very accommodating.

Nice well-maintained accommodation, quiet and very clean in the heart of the village of Pignan. Convenient local shops. I was greeted on time by Katia who was on site. Very good stay for 2 nights.

Very nice newly renovated small apartment in the middle of old town Montpellier. Great location. Walkable area without cars! The apartment had everything we needed. Recommended!

We had a great stay at Anaïk's place. Everything was as described. Very clean, well arranged, very comfortable and with an absolutely magnificent sea view. The location is perfect, quiet but close to everything. Anaïk is super nice, very available when needed, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, nothing to complain about… except that we already want to come back. Thank you for everything!

This villa is a real rare gem, beautiful decoration, very clean, super well equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a stay here in a quiet neighborhood and by a nice pool with five friends! The contact Chloe with whom I spoke throughout the stay (and before) is very responsive and very pleasant. I am someone who is very perfectionist and who usually notices the small details but I have nothing to complain about. I am perfectly satisfied with this weekend in this house. I highly recommend the place if you're looking to unwind in peace and affordable luxury!We were in a car but there is a tram nearby that allows easy access to the Montpellier network.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house. The location was stunning right on the beach. We were a party of 7 aged 10 to 87 and the house suited us all. We would definitely return.

What a nice surprise when opening the door with this beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation is very nice, decorated and furnished with great taste. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be more pleasant than being a stone's throw from the beach?! Very practical with children! I highly recommend this place.

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the center on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

hello, perfect stay. clean, tidy, and well-equipped home. good bedding photos as described. close to shops on foot, beach too but a little further away. reserved and safe parking space in an enclosed parking lot the apartment is intended for 4 but it could be small for 4. there were two of us and it was perfect. thank you for everything Loubna

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture … We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

Very nice place. Well located near the center. Very clean and pleasant to stay there from the first minutes. The street under the windows is busy, but the soundproofing is excellent and you can hardly hear anything if the windows are closed. The air conditioning is excellent. Parking space is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional stay at Anne-Sophie's. Clear instructions and pleasant and appreciated communication since the day of booking. Proactivity with check-in and checkout. Ideal and quiet location of the accommodation, for the activities I wanted to do on site. Apartment particularly clean, simple but all the necessities were there. Additional linen and cleaning services available. Very good communication with Anne-Sophie, whom I would definitely recommend the services as well as the accommodation. Would definitely stay again.
