Air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment with quiet terrace in building on the 1st floor without elevator access. If you are sporty you can take it and go for long bike rides, jog or just walk with your family. I have 3 cats who are independent and spend 3/4 of their time outdoors, especially in the summer.
