During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. the Singing Dog B&B (Bed and Bone) outside Deary, ID, invites you to stay and play in the adjacent Clearwater National Forest. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but not required. Forest roads, trails, and rail-beds abound for hiking, biking, xc-skiing, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling. Owners' 2-acre pond is stocked with small-mouth bass, blue gill, and crappie for license-free fishing, and a canoe and kayak are available for your use in warmer weather.

Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
