Waterfront holiday rentals in Saint John

Exactly as advertised. Easy instructions. Far enough out of the main part of the city that it’s quiet, but close enough that you can walk into uptown in under 25 mins. Also a 20-25 minute walk from the Reversing Falls. Great spot and would stay here again if I ever found myself in Saint John.

Jonathan’s place was clean and comfortable with a contemporary feel. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance! Also having a parking spot so close to the unit was very convenient. It’s a great spot for anyone looking to explore uptown Saint John :)

We had a great time here! The host is so nice and the apartment's quiet, well-furnished, and has two bedrooms separated by the main area, so you get your own space. Plus, there's a big jacuzzi tub, and it was super clean. The kids loved that almost more than anything we did! 🤣 There are TVs in every room and an AC unit in the main area to keep it cool (though the remote's a pain). You can also open the windows and look out at the working port. It's full of shipping containers and cruise ships, but the ocean view is still lovely. The area's super walkable with restaurants (go to SJAH!) and shops nearby, so you don't need a car if you're staying in the city. We rented one, and it was about a 10-minute walk with the kids to the parking spot. It's a little annoying, but better than most city places (and the walk's along a brick path by the ocean, which is nice). With a car, you're close to beautiful beaches, swimming spots, and parks; the National Park is only about an hour away. Love it!

wow awesome place, super well equipped with more than what you need and nice little attention from the host. Strongly recommend, the view is also amazing and we also enjoyed the outside fireplace.

Great space for six people. Good sized bedrooms. Fabulous view from kitchen & 2nd livingroom to watch the tide movement. Property is well maintained with flowers and cut grass. If we ever come back this way, we would definitely book here again. The Six Spicy Seniors from Ontario.

A great location, very peaceful and friendly host! Will definitely love to come back at some point. My first reaction was wow at how beautiful it was, and things were very clean and felt at home. The lake view was a bonus! Thank you for such a great experience

A fantastic location and a beautiful cottage. We felt right at home. The kitchen is modern and well appointed and the living area is comfortable and cozy. The lakefront is superb. We enjoyed the fall colours, campfires and kayaking. A brilliant place to spend some time with family. Very comfortable beds and Krista is a welcoming and responsive host. Five stars - no question!

This place was absolutely stunning!! There are two hot tubs and a massive pool. With beach access to a canoe and two paddle boards. The house has two kitchens, 6 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. It was beautiful inside and out. Had a great stay thank you for hosting us!!

Location, location, location! This house is situated on a beautiful private beach. We enjoyed the solitude and the views of the rocky beach and “Split Rock.” The house gave us plenty of room, good water, pressure, and a nice cooking area. However, the three dehumidifiers were a bit of a surprise to us. The downstairs space was unpleasant because of the noise from those devices in the musty smell. So we avoided watching television or spending time in that area.

Bryan,s house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, in a great area with public transportation right around the corner, with beautiful city views from the room window, with everything you need near by, the room is really clean and comfortable. Bryan is friendly and responsive, it’s my second time staying in his house and I really recommend it.

As returning guests, it has become our home away from home. A lovely, but private location - especially so when the sun decides to shine. The sunroom is a great place to read in rainy/miserable weather! An added feature is being woken up to loons laughing in the early morning hours. We have enjoyed our stay immensely!
