We had a great stay in this large and pleasant house. It's super well-equipped, there's everything you need! The garden is lovely. Really a nice place for a vacation with a baby or children. Isabelle is very responsive if you need anything, I recommend this accommodation to the community!

This is a modern, comfortable, clean and spacious house just a few paces from the lake, with several restaurants, a boulangerie and a grocery store just around the corner, yet it's amazingly quiet! Our family spent a wonderful time here. The house is well maintained and everything works perfectly. A perfect choice for a family of four!

A warm welcome, impeccable accommodation and a breathtaking view of Lake Aiguebelette, everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Our favorite? The jacuzzi in a Mini Cooper with a view of the sunset... an unusual and magical experience! A unique, peaceful and incredibly well thought-out place. We will recommend without hesitation and we will come back with great pleasure! PS: If you are a fan of charcuterie and cheese boards, do not hesitate to ask for it as an option, it is excellent and very generous! Mickaël & Laura.

We had a great time at Jean-Luc's place. The studio is cozy and equipped with everything you need. A highlight is the bed, where we slept fantastically for 2 nights. As a host, Jean-Luc is unique. We had a great time at this place to stay. Audric was exceptionally kind, with small touches that really make a difference. Very responsive, he lent us his bikes and shared a multitude of tips, good plans and good addresses (restaurants, places to visit, etc.). The apartment was impeccable, perfectly equipped and very pleasant to live in. The explanations for access to housing were clear, precise and really useful. We would recommend this property without hesitation!

Very good stay in this very nice apartment with all amenities. No need to take the car: 5 min walk to town and 20 min to the lake. Key handover was very easy with accommodating and very available hosts. Thank you for your kindness and responsiveness. Recommended!!!

Ideally located accommodation. The studio is clean and functional. Everything you need is available, you don't miss anything. Not having to pay a fee in exchange for a cleaning service is a great perk. Julien is very considerate, the arrival is hassle-free. Great value for money.

Jahel was the perfect host! She made us really experience her enthusiasm and knowledge about organic food (breakfast and dinner are recommended!) and eco friendly architecture. Plus, she was full of ideas for sightseeing and nice events in the area.

We had a wonderful stay with Catherine in her beautiful home as a family of 5. The perfect stop over. Comfy beds, spotless bathroom, beautiful views. Catherine cooked us a delicious dinner on Friday night too. Would have happily stayed here longer.

Well located accommodation in a small country village 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget, 10 minutes from the Fier Gorges and Clermont Castle. Hiking trails available nearby. Independent entrance on the ground floor in the hall of the house. Small private room without balcony with shower, sinks, toilet and very good bedding. Very welcoming couple and pleasant breakfast served on the terrace. Great value for money.
