We had a super nice week at Urko and Fanny's. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos, beautifully and modernly furnished. There is everything you need. A highlight is the beautiful heated pool, Urko even asked if the temperature is sufficient for us. Communication was great. Urko always responded directly to our messages and gave us great excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, even adapted to the weather. Thanks to Urko, we had an unforgettable vacation and fell in love with the island. We would book the accommodation again at any time, we felt very comfortable.

It is a great accommodation, very well located, it has a nice decor, spacious, clean, tidy, furnished! You feel really good there! The view by level (human activity with the road and its traffic, the small park, then the sea in the background) is too nice, and made me spend hours on the balcony contemplating. Accommodation close to everything, secure. For me, it's flawless. Go there with confidence!

We had a great month at this place. Access is self-contained, and all amenities are available. The proximity to the city center and the Saturday market is a real asset. In addition, access to private parking provides peace of mind.

Fleur is very responsive, available and caring! She was flexible on the arrival schedule, even at the last minute. She checked in during the week to see if everything was going well for us. I highly recommend his accommodation if you want to take a tour of Saint Pierre on foot or quickly by car!

We had a wonderful time at the place. All the necessary equipment was present. Beautiful decor, very comfortable bed, air conditioning to cool the accommodation, everything was up to our expectations, we did not miss anything, private parking space in the basement, enough to access the city center on foot without fear of not finding a place. The residence also has a swimming pool, a real plus so close to the center! The host was very welcoming and pleasant, and was able to recommend good places. We had a great stay at Marie-Claude and Patrice's! Their independent accommodation, adjoining their house, is perfectly arranged: comfortable, well-equipped, with an air-conditioned bedroom and a very appreciable swimming pool after a day of discovery. What we particularly liked was their warm and discreet welcome. Marie-Claude and Patrice knew how to be present when needed (always available, responsive and full of good advice) while letting us enjoy our privacy in peace. This is a very nice place to stay in the south of the island. Nina and Adrien are welcoming and caring hosts. Their house is impeccable, comfortable, of beautiful quality and perfectly equipped. The apartment is faithful to the description. We loved our stay and recommend it because in addition to the apartment... you have everything nearby and it's great. My only regret is the TV and everything connected with Alexa. I would have liked to be able to watch the local channels. A breathtaking, hypnotizing view. If you're looking for serenity facing the sea, this is the place. Easy to run errands nearby and various snacks are nearby. For the first restaurants it will take about ten minutes to walk or take the bus or car if you're not afraid of traffic jams. The beach is also right next door and protected by the lagoon that allows you to swim safely. Note that it is not necessary to have a large vehicle to enjoy the parking but street parking is free, easy and secure with the gendarmerie opposite. Great stay! If we are lucky enough to return to Saint Pierre we will come back.

Impeccable and very well-equipped accommodation (immersive home cinema, appliances, washing machine, mac, etc.). Lots of attention to customers (reception, available products, free mini-bar) which makes it a high quality accommodation for the price offered. We had the feeling of being housed in an expensive hotel with the calm of an apartment in a residence. Private parking is a plus and the hosts are welcoming and responsive. ☺️👌🏻
