Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an 80-m² living room with wood-burning fireplace, and a mezzanine with a home theater. Many board games and books. Terrace, barbecue, sauna, large garden. Pets welcome. Natural lake 5 minutes away.

If you are looking for a place away from it all, in the heart of nature, the Gîte la Parenthèse is for you. This stone-walled building perched at 1300 m altitude will seduce you with its calm and its view of the Monts d'Ardèche plateau. This 50 m2 accommodation adjoining our main house and another cottage is totally private and independent. Finally, its wood-burning stove will warm you in winter, while its altitude and large stone walls will cool you during heat waves.

Located in the heart of the volcanic juices of Meygal, Nearby: St-Julien-Chapteuil (church, Jules Romains museum) 4 km away, Les Balayes (blue lake lauzière, miniature park) 14 km away, All shops and services in St-Julien-Chapteuil (4 km). Offering an unobstructed view of the sucs, the 11 m² metal terrace opens onto a living room-kitchen with wood stove and TV. On the lower level is the bedroom with shower room and a separate toilet. Bordered by the forest and surrounded by vast spaces, the house enjoys absolute calm to enjoy nature at the edge of the Loire gorges, not far from the Ardèche and Lozère. Former pigsty of my grandfather, the house has been completely renovated in recent years to offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay.
