This rental is located 10 minutes by car from the A71 - A75 motorway (direction Montpellier / Paris), 15 minutes from the A89 motorway (Bordeaux / Lyon) and 20 minutes from the city center of Clermont-Ferrand.

A peaceful oasis in the heart of the medieval district

Si votre courage vous permet de gravir les quelques 42 marches d'un escalier peu glorieux, vous aurez la chance de trouver un petit nid douillet perché sous les toits. Vous pourrez alors découvrir cette vue imprenable sur le quartier médiéval et son église St-Cerneuf, et après avoir fait abstraction des antennes télés et du bruit de la mobylette qui passe au loin, votre imagination pourrait s'égarer dans une autre époque.
