Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Julien-de-Peyrolas

Five stars all around. Communication with Florence was excellent. We asked for a better Weber grill and a brand new one was provided immediately. House is full of character, village is charming. Bakery in the center of town has closed, but there is another bakery further down the road. Small grocery store in the center of town. Second floor (third floor North American) bedrooms could be an issue for those with mobility issues as the stone staircases are steep with only a rope to hang onto. Pulling out onto the road from the property requires assistance to make sure the way is clear. All in all, we would return in a heart beat.

Very peaceful and beautiful village, perfect for a complete disconnection, close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and Bourg. Great welcome and advice to make the most of the beautiful corners of the Ardèche

Everything was perfect! David and Eny are very warm, just like their house, super good energy you feel good there! I loved the decor, very tasteful and I had a great week, total change of scenery… My dog was also happy to have space with walks around without necessarily taking the car. Thanks again

Beautiful place in the south of Ardèche. Check-in and checkout are self-contained with clear instructions. The accommodation is clean, well decorated and very functional. Our family of 5 had the most wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse on a quiet street near the village of Gordes. La Bastide des As is absolutely beautiful, blending rustic charm with chic decor and modern amenities. The house is spacious and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the lovely pool and outdoor dining areas- perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the surrounding villages. Sophie was truly amazing. She was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and going out of her way to make our stay special. She sent us advance recommendations on activities, dining, vineyards and shopping. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. It’s a lovely place for anyone looking to unwind in the heart of Provence—a perfect combination of tranquility and modern comforts. We can’t wait to return!

Very nice, clean and bright accommodation, single storey, quiet environment, nice view of the vineyards. Comfortable bedding and spacious rooms. We had a pleasant stay there. Good location to keep . Françoise is very friendly and always available.

Very welcoming, friendly and attentive hosts. Nelson, an adorable golden retriever. The pool is really a plus. Very quiet and very cozy place. The sharing platter they offer is a treat, as well as the homemade olive oil. We recommend this address. We'll be back.

A dream week in the heart of the Ardèche in the beautiful house of Anneke and Dominique. Very warm and attentive hosting. A very nice studio with a beautiful view and access to the beautiful terrace. Olympian calm. Great walks to do in the surroundings: a walker's paradise! An unforgettable stay!

Our stay at Delphine's was just perfect! The apartment is not only beautifully furnished, but also spotlessly clean. The quiet surroundings invite you to relax, and the entire property is maintained with so much attention to detail. The pool is an absolute highlight – clean and beautifully landscaped. For a stay at the Ardèche, I highly recommend this place, it is also ideal for families. The hostess is on site every day and always helpful.

We stayed here as a family of five for a week. An amazing apartment which looks exactly the same as in the photos. Amaury was a fabulous host who was super quick to respond and help. The location is fabulous with a great view of the Arènes. The stand out star of this apartment, is the terrace. Fabulous in the morning for a relaxing coffee and equally good for evening cocktails! A couple of points to note is that there is one toilet and that the only shower is accessed through one of the bedrooms. There is however a lovely bath in the other bathroom. We would highly recommend this place!

Marine’s apartment is lovely—comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and clean. Both the living room and bedroom open onto 3rd floor balcony which looks down on the cobblestone lane and canal is a wonderful spot. It’s about a 1km walk to the Palais des Papes, but there are restaurants very close by on Rue des Tenteuriers, which also features an artisanal brewing place. You’ll have to arrange to meet Karine (or her friend who welcomed me) outside the locked front gate to get initial access and keys.

Sylvie and her husband are exceptional, I had a great time in their charming apartment. A real cozy nest. I highly recommend it to those who wish to visit the region. I'll keep the address because I'll come back as soon as a new opportunity arises.

Nathalie’s place is a gem in Provence. Walking distance to Avignon old town and within reach of all things needed from restaurants to places of interest. We had an infant and the apartment suited him in terms of crawl space and crib area. The parking in the building was super convenient to have a car and explore Provence. Nathalie was super flexible with a late night check-in and even helped me retrieve socks after I had checked out. Overall definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Provence/Marseille area.

Elsa welcomed us and gave us information about the apartment as well as the excursions to do: this made it easy to start the week of vacation. The apartment is very close to the center. There is everything you need, like at home. Private parking is a plus. It's very quiet.

The apartment is very close to city centres , walkable distance to amphitheater all the ancient attractions . The apartment has everything you need washing machine , ironing board tv with Netflix. The entrance to the carpark is a bit narrow , you need to be careful if you’re driving a big car , Thierry is very helpful with guiding us to park our car

Béatrice is lovely and helpful. Friendly and welcoming to us and very kind with my dog. We had a relaxing and happy week here. The big pool is absolutely fantastic and the area around is private, spacious, practical and so very welcoming to enjoy. Swimming in the evening too with the trees around and the moon shining was just wonderful! Secure to park your car - everything feels safe and peaceful. We were so fortunate to be able to get this week as it’s booked up now for all of summer - definetly recommend! Thank you for our stay :)

We were very satisfied - less than 5 minutes' walk to the Place d'Herbes. Everything is clean, tasteful and functional. I'd come back anytime, price ok compared to other accommodations.
