Proche des gorges de l'Ardèche et à moins de 10 mn du centre d'Aubenas. Gîte neuf de 70m², chambre avec lit king size. Piscine de 5x10 /Pool house, transats. L'espace repas extérieur se situe dans un jardin ombragé et privatif. Terrain pétanque. Draps et serviettes fournis. Nos amis les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas acceptés

Cette petite maison agréable offre un séjour détente, idéalement située aux portes de l'Ardèche méridionale et à proximité de la montagne ardéchoise. Départ de balades nature en sortant du gîte. Station thermale de Vals les Bains à 5 km (thermes, tennis, piscine, parc...) Village d'Antraigues sur Volane à 15 km, gorges de l'Ardèche à 1h (Grotte Chauvet), Gerbier de jonc 1h. Aubenas à 25mn, château (centre d'art contemporain), marché coloré. Espace extérieur avec transats. Parking à coté du gîte.

Accommodation on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Ideal for two people, a quality sofa bed is available.
