Fantastic apartment for our stopover in Troyes on our way home. Great kitchen, comfy beds, good shower, some nice touches and good decor. Would have liked to stay in Troyes for longer. We parked a few minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend Dimitri's apartment. Very well located in the heart of the historic center of Troyes. Quiet. Very nice bohemian decor. We had a great time!

True to the description, the apartment was nice and functional. It is a 20 min walk to the center of Troyes and barely 10 min by car. Big plus for the closed garage for the car!

We were a party of 4 and had a great vacation in the apartment. It is placed in the very center of Troyes with all attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Parking very easy (and cheap) close to the apartment. All is new and the beds very comfortable. A little noise from the street is to be expected due to the location. Host very responsive and instructions are easy to use. We will for sure use the apartment again when visiting Troyes.

The accommodation is very well arranged, clean and spacious. The apartment itself is of high standing, warm, welcoming and very well equipped. BUT... I regretted that the accommodation is on the first floor of a building overlooking 2 very busy coffee terraces until 2 a.m. and therefore very, very noisy (audible even with windows closed) in summer, it must be hell. I love my peace and quiet after a good day's work, but it was ruined :-( This fact is indicated in the listing, but watered down... the "hustle and bustle" mentioned in the listing is well below my lived reality "a noise disturbing my peace" and it was a Sunday, a Monday and a Tuesday... So I dare not imagine what Friday and Saturday night are like... Fortunately, the bedroom is set back and well insulated from noise, which allows you to sleep well regardless of the time of bed. Otherwise, if the noise doesn't bother travelers, the apartment is GREAT and the location is central!

very nice flat in a quiet location. The space was clean overall. Communication with the host with the arrival in the accommodation was not very responsive but once in the accommodation the communication was correct.

We spent one night in this beautiful apartment but we would have stayed longer! There's everything you need and the decor is great. The ultra spacious shower was very useful to us with the strong heat outside. I recommend this apartment for the almost unbeatable value for a weekend. If we have to come back to Troyes, we will now know where to stay!

Very clean and furnished with taste and warmth, it is difficult to find a defect. Really nice apartment complete with everything, you immediately feel at home. Very comfortable sofa bed, clean towels, really cozy house. Located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes by car from the center, and you can easily find parking in the immediate vicinity. Quiet and perfect for a little relaxation, at the same time convenient to reach the heart of the city and all the amenities in a few minutes. A great added value: finally a host who welcomes you in person, welcomes you, hands you over the keys and gladly offers some tips — other than a box with the key and welcome sheet! Maximum flexibility in arrival and departure times. If you could give it 6 stars, you all deserve it!

We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer! We love Troyes and will be staying here again when we return in the future. Very central, very clean, beautifully decorated. The host was always very responsive and made everything easy. Thank you.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the best area of the city, close to many cafes, restaurants and bars. It is very comfortable and well equipped, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very quiet. Although there were quite a few steps to get to the apartment on the third level, it was well worth the effort, particularly as one of the most attractive features is a large terrace with an interesting view over the roofs of adjoining properties, and which was ideal in the warm weather we experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful apartment.

Florie's apartment is very elegant and comfortable. We felt at home. 👍 Florie is very kind and responsive, communication with her was very smooth.😊 The center of Troyes is 20 minutes' walk away, you can eat at the Sarrazine creperie😋, and the factory shops are 30 minutes by bus. Amazing weekend!

Modern, clean and very well located studio on the banks of the Seine, close to the center of Troyes. The view of the Saint-Rémy church is magnificent. The welcome was warm and the host was very available. Perfect for a weekend for two. I highly recommend it!

We had a great relaxing stay at Sebastien's. Very well located, between the city center and the factory stores, enough to satisfy everyone.

Passing through Troyes, we stayed one night with Élise and Fred. Very responsive hosts! We were able to book for the same evening. The suite is beautiful and cozy for a magical night for two. Very nice, spacious accommodation in a good location

Perfectly located accommodation, in the historic city center. However, the environment is very quiet. The decor, the amenities, the apartment itself: everything is perfectly in line with the listing, a lot of charm. A more than pleasant stay in a peaceful haven. Congratulations to Damien and thank you to him for this pearl and for the fluid and friendly exchanges.

Great time spent as a couple to disconnect in this accommodation that seduced us. Malika and Kamal were great in every way (especially don't change). Nothing to say about the cleanliness, the decor, the storage, the calm, the towels, the bathrobes and especially the toilets with the small integrated jet, excellent in short😂, to say that everything was great.

Very nice stay spent in this apartment. The jacuzzi and sauna are a real plus. We enjoyed the proximity to the city center because everything was within walking distance. We would recommend staying here!
