Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! Spent a week end at Alison’s apt. I highly recommend. Place is clean and welcoming. She was very flexible as my plane got in late. I appreciated the goodies she had left me since I had not had dinner. There is a grocery store nearby. The apt is very well lighted which is something I like. The Thai restaurant is indeed very good. I didn’t have the time to explore more. Quite a few homeless people on the streets, same as can be seen in other large cities. The pubs seemed lively for one who is looking into that atmosphere.

My father and I just had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect for first time visitors to Melbourne like us, it's close to St Kilda Beach, great restaurants, and other fantastic spots. The place has such a vibe, we really liked the decoration and interior, and it was spotlessly clean 🧼. Definitely recommended! 😁

Beautiful , aesthetically pleasing well appointed apartment. Quality linen , utensils in kitchen and other amenities.Close to public transport and short drive to CBD.loved our stay . Would love to stay again . Anna’ s communication was excellent .

We enjoyed our stay at Paolo’s cosy place. Great value in a convenient location to visit friends, walk around Albert Park Lake, and check out South Melbourne Market. Good coffee nearby. Thanks for your hospitality Paolo and for mailing us the USB that we left behind.

Aurelie’s place was perfect for us—close to the beach, the supermarket, and right next to the tram stop. As a host, Aurelie was very helpful and always quick to answer my questions. The only minor downside was that on weekends, you can hear some music and noise from nearby restaurants, but it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this apartment and host more! We will definitely be staying there again.

Amber is an excellent, friendly and experienced host who helped make my getaway to the F1 Grand Prix an absolute winner. The apartment is very easy to find and the space is so enjoyable to come back to. Amber keeps the place in top condition, so the next person is sure to have the same excellent experience I did.

Karen's apartment was exactly what we needed and so much more. The location is fantastic and extremely walkable. There are great restaurants all around, the beach is 10min walk (and visible from the balcony), and easy access to the Trams. The unit is tastefully decorated with everything you could need, from an ironing board to a great hairdryer. The bed was super comfortable and good quality linen. Zlatko was looking after us during our stay, and was able to accommodate a late check out, and very responsive and kind when we managed to lock ourselves out of the building. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this unit.

This was a convenient location with amenities that made for a hassle free work trip. And we could bring our well trained dog which was a huge bonus!! Best of all was the privacy and quiet, in a bustling location, and fantastic sleep in super comfy beds! Thanks Kirban

Karl’s place was a great home away from home. Large two storey apartment with plenty of room. Close to restaurants and shops with lots of tram options to the city. Great views of Melbourne and the bay. Karl is helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Lesley is a friendly, lovely person and the accommodation was a delight. Had everything I needed and more. Well laid out furniture, comfy bed and superb location with just a stroll to the foreshore, pubs, Woollies and great eating establishments

We found Christine to be an excellent host as would highly recommend her and her properties! She's impressively responsive, and the descriptions and photos were detailed and accurately represented. We couldn't ask for a better location for lifestyle and convenience, right by the beach/waterfront, parks, shops and public transport. The place is well kitted with your everyday necessities, and parking spot included was a big plus.

We had a great stay while our apartment was renovated. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊
