Prahran speaks for itself....but this bright studio apartment offers all that you need...double bed, kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle, coffee machine, bar bench and double sofa, TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, separate bathroom, parking space below, a place to hang your bike, laneway access... The TreeHouse was originally built as an artist's studio. It is an architecturally designed light-filled space that is nestled at the rear of the block behind our family home. It sits high in the treetops to float above the neighbourhood. It has its own private access via an original bluestone laneway. Melbournians treasure their laneways and this one is without exception. Enjoy the serenity of being hidden away whilst still in the heart of Prahran. Access is via the rear lane with a car park with pin security access / remote. TreeHouse is totally private for your enjoyment...but we are not far away if needed. The treehouse is close to cafes and public transport. Venture out to the Royal Botanic Gardens, St Kilda beach, or to Chapel Street for both high-end and vintage shopping. Explore Prahran and discover its hip bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Train station is a two minute walk or if you are in a hurry, trams are a drop punt away! Once you arrive, no need to drive, as an array of hip cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Stroll and discover the vibrant nightlife of Chapel and Greville streets. Soulful place, fun neighbourhood, 15mins to CBD!

My place is all about vibe and feeling. This is a home, what air Bnb is supposed to be. Not an investor trying to make a quick $. It’s why I fell in love with the place, and why my guests do too! A stones throw to the local buzzing Balaclava neighbourhood, where you can enjoy some classic Melbourne cafes and shops. The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.
