Had a great time at this beautiful home. Views are incredible. Close to great restaurants and beaches. Loved the pool and outside bar. Communication was immediate when I had a problem with the internet. Would definitely come back again.

I stayed here with some friends for a weekend. It was a really nice apartment and the host gave us clear instructions on how to enter the apartment before arrival. She also responded quickly everytime. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The price was also really good. We did not have our own car, but we could walk easily to town and the harbour. For locations further away we booked taxi's. I definitely recommend this one!

It was our first time on Nevis. Gary met us at the water taxi and led us by car to help us find the house and get settled. Each night breezes blew through the screened windows and louvered doors. Tropical rain storms came over the mountains and pitter patter on the metal roof. The sounds of birds, monkeys and the trade winds are your white noise. Air conditioning was in the bedrooms with common spaces ventilated by open windows. The pool was crystal clear, warm and looked to have been recently redone. Views are beautiful and daily we watched humming birds and monkeys from the balcony. Generally Nevis is a tropical so mosquitoes and wildlife are on the bingo card The owners could not be nicer people and were always helpful with recommendations.

Kenricks space is just as described, and very convenient to a lot of things. Very responsive and friendly- I enjoyed my stay :)

A lovely villa with spectacular views and a lot of outdoor space. Buzz and Lisl were amazing and communicative throughout including late at night when there was a power cut affecting part of the island. The pool is a real game changer and promoted relaxation. A little caution around the time of year to visit though as the humidity made communal areas a little too warm (grateful for the ac in every bedroom). The proximity to Cockleshell beach is also a real plus if you want a lovely beach to relax at.

A lovely one-bedroom in the heart of Frigate Bay! The unit was super clean and well-stocked/equipped. It had everything I needed to feel at home for a 1-week work trip. It is a first-floor unit but felt very safe and secure. The hosts were very communicative and accommodated an early check-in. There is also a contact at the property who came by to welcome me and was around throughout my stay if I needed anything. Within a 5-min walk of two grocery stores and several cafes and restaurants. I will definitely book this for my next stay in St. Kitts.

We love staying at this property ! Shukura and her colleagues are lovely and gracious hosts. This is my second time staying here (different unit this time) over the Christmas season with my young son. Our experience this year was the same....marvellous! Shukura responded to my inquiries quickly, and always with a friendly/professional tone. I needed some extra utensils for baking and they appeared like magic! The unit was beautiful, spacious and squeaky clean. We used the pool several times during our stay too. We will return to SK next Christmas, and will not hesitate to book Shukura's place again! Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming. She made us feel right at home, and even gave us some delicious mangoes! My family & I enjoyed relaxing under the patio, soaking in the breeze. Over all this place is lovely and comfortable! If you’re ever in Nevis, definitely stay with her—you won’t regret it!”

 Lita was incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to meet. The apartment was clean and very well organised, with all the essentials provided, even if you haven’t had a chance to visit the shops yet. The room was a great size, perfect for a family. The kitchen was spacious and a lovely area to cook in. The apartment felt very safe and secure, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful

Our stay was fantastic. The home was very clean and the hosts responsive to any questions we had. Make sure to have a rental car for making the trip up and down the hill. The very end is a dirt road at a bit of a grade. If I visit the island again I would definitely consider staying at this same location again.

Absolutely beautiful place and view. If you are wondering if the reviews are accurate...they are. Garett is very communitive and makes getting here very simple. Once you arrive Eulin has food in fridge and she even had wine and cake for my wife's birthday! The best part is having the jeep which we drove all over the island. Highly recommend this place!

My family and I had a wonderful time in SK. Thanks to Claudio and her property manager for making it possible. Very easy check-in with clear instruction and very clean property. It is close to everything. Would most definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this condo for a peaceful stay. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. The pool was clean and had very pretty floral surroundings . There were two outdoor balconies with views as well . Cute kitchen and comfortable beds ..met all expectations:)

Our host Bruce was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us with every need. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Beautiful views and pool! Beautiful spacious property with gorgeous views. Even better than the pictures. We loved our time visiting St. Kitts and staying at Christine’s condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. In a great location with well maintained grounds, three swimming pools and everything you might need for a week’s stay. Christine was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful and flexible in our accommodations. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in St. Kitts. The only negative we experienced was the water being shut off each night at 10pm. It seems this might be a regular thing so it is good to know ahead of time. We were able to squeeze our showers in but not always the dishwasher for our dishes. Ended up having to hand wash in the morning when the water was turned back on. This was just a slight inconvenience for us but overall it was a fantastic stay!

The perfect place to stay! Comfortable , convenient location with so much in walking distance . Great pool and access to the ocean with gazebo to enjoy your morning coffee. Good WiFi for those looking to work with a great desk space.

My friend and I had a great stay at Kevin’s place. Instructions were clear and the location was great. Only 10 minutes from the airport, and even closer located next to beaches , restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Beautiful property overall and the pool is heated and thoroughly cleaned.

This lovely 6-unit building in Half Moon Bay offers a spectacular view of the ocean and the golf course! There is an infinity pool behind the building which is terrific! The unit has 11’ ceilings and is spacious and spotlessly clean. You’ll need a car to stay here. The host and her property manager are very efficient and very personable! We loved staying here and would love to go back again!

Xd's place was nice, clean and easy to find. It is tucked away in a quite area VERY close to excellent restaurants. No issues. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. Would stay again!
