Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Lambert, Paris

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Paris with 3 people! It was close enough to everything while still being in a quieter part of the city. We primarily got around using the Vélib’ bike rentals which were just a minute walk away from the Airbnb. Also the fact that this is ground floor and no stairs to bring luggage up is great. If I was going to be here for a longer stay, I would want the ability to unpack my luggage- there is no storage available. But for the short stay I had, zero complaints 😁

The apartment was located at a quite safe residential area with easy access to major tourist destinations. The place is exactly like the picture and well-equipped. Baptiste was so nice to help us check in and responsive. Highly recommend.

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

The apartment is even more stunning than shown a nd the location in a highly desirable area of Saint German desPres making it ideal for exploring Paris. Sitting in the stunning apartment is a cherished experience. The apartment is quiet with views out the many windows of charming Parisian area and fun to watch the women working in the flower shop a few shops away set up for the morning. The small Beautifully decorated Delacroix museum is steps away

This is a lovely apartment in which to stay for a few days. The location is incredible, while it is has lovely outdoor space with fragrant jasmine blooming. Vincent was very helpful and responsive when I was trying to sort out the laundry machine. The beds were very comfortable and the inner courtyard orientation of the apartment meant it was peaceful despite the bustle of the neighborhood. I think the apartment would work best for a small family, as the bathrooms are oddly configured (One bedroom has a tiny full bath, but the other has a shower & sink in it while its toilet is across the apartment next to the kitchen.) and the bedrooms have no windows so we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night for ventilation/air flow. Overall, it was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for a glorious few days in the heart of Paris.

This was a great place to stay at. It’s close to the metro, within walking distance of several monuments, and has great places to eat at close by. Nasrin was very responsive and had plenty of great recommendations. I would 100% stay here again.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Yohan was very responsive and accommidating, he made the ceckin process very smooth. Place was nice. well equipped and centrally located.

Very welcoming and attentive host, the stay was pleasant, clean house and the bonus is the possibility of doing laundry. Recommended

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

My Mum and I stayed in this studio apartment for 1 week together and we absolutely loved it! The street was so quiet and peaceful, and so we slept with all the terrace doors and windows open at night without issue (it was 90 degrees in Paris the week we were there, so this really helped! Plus the small fan). We felt very safe and it felt private too. We were one street away from a bustling area with a Metro (Victor Hugo) and supermarkets, restaurants etc and very close to the Arc de Triomphe in the other direction. The double terraces were ideal, particularly because of the heat… one was always shaded and one was always sunny and very hot. We had access to Netflix & YouTube (music) and cooked food for ourselves every day! We/I would absolutely stay here again, and will! Manuella was so helpful from beginning to end - responsive before & during the trip. Highly recommend for 1-2 people. The area around us was ideal. Not touristy & had everything we needed to live in Paris for a week! ♥

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
