Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Renovated in September 2019, you can enjoy the garden, pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a crazy view. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classified ad sites, the calendar is always up to date. Attention: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

In the countryside, near Romans sur Isère, small cottage of about 30 m2 on our property next to our house. Many walks are within walking distance or further towards the Vercors (1/2 H), the Palais du Facteur Cheval or the Abbey of Saint Antoine. Welcome to the vaulted suite, a space with singular charm with a separate entrance (low and atypical door) and a private terrace, located in a building dating from 1800. Here, no Wi-Fi, but very good 4G coverage: an ideal setting to disconnect and enjoy the calm. We live in the upper part of the house and will be available if needed, while respecting your peace and quiet. 🔹 It is not possible to cook in the room
