The apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of our house with independent access is composed of a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room. It is located in the heart of Bernay in a very quiet street, 7 minutes' walk from the train station connecting Paris, Rouen and Deauville, and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant little town with Norman half-timbering, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast (Deauville and Honfleur).

Ideally located in the heart of Normandy, 1.5 hours from Paris, central base for many tours and activities. Between Harcourt and Bec-Hellouin Brionne train station 600 m away. Rouen 30 minutes away. The flowered coast Deauville – Honfleur 1 hour away Charming furnished, equipped with all comforts, ideal for 2 people Business trips, students, tourism. Free parking – Wi-Fi Restaurants & supermarkets nearby, Sunday morning market 150 m away and private garden overlooking the old Donjon.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Located on the ground floor, covered south-facing terrace offering a beautiful outdoor space in any season. Our property is secluded, in the countryside with no other homes around. Accommodation for 2 adults (or 1 of course) but not suitable for small children. No Electric Car Recharge possible

Electric heating and wood-burning stove. You will enjoy a beautiful garden. Number of people accepted 8 inside and out. The house is not suitable for party people.
