Le chalet est très agréable en toutes saisons. Il se situe sur les hauteurs d'un petit village très calme. L'intérieur du chalet est très apaisant. Il y a de nombreuses randonnées à faire à pied, en vélo, à moto. On peut aller sur l'Aubrac, la Margeride, il y a aussi les bisons d'Europe, les loups du Gévaudan, Le Malzieu-Ville classé plus beau village de France.
