Chalet apartment in the beautiful setting of the family resort of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes. This resort village is located at an altitude of 1300 m in the Hautes-Alpes. It is therefore ideal in all seasons, in winter for skiing and in summer for the many hikes. Located 500 m from the slopes and the village with all the shops. Accommodation close to new, very clean, tastefully decorated. Facing southwest, it enjoys good sunshine all day long. No direct neighbors.

Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

This cozy little duplex is in a quiet residence and in a small ski resort village. 5 min walk to slopes and hiking trails. It's my cocoon during the week, so you'll find everything you need to cook and be comfortable. St leger is a charming village where there is a grocery store, restaurants and bakery. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The living room is nice with this small terrace. Sunbeds available. Breakfasts in the sun!

New accommodation, on the ground floor of a house including the owners' home, in the heart of a village resort in the Champsaur valley. 40 minutes of SPA offered for a reservation of at least 3 days between May 15 and October 15. The accommodation with independent entrance, has been carefully furnished to allow a comfortable stay. Electric floor heating. Ideally located close to many opportunities for outdoor activities.

In winter, this home offers easy access to the slopes (5 minutes walk from the center of the resort) and allows you to enjoy winter sports at reasonable rates. Off ski season, many activities on site and in the immediate surroundings: horseback riding, mountain biking routes, hiking, foraging, Via Ferrata, Champsaur body of water...
