The property is located close to downtown, in a commercial area; it is a 100 m² industrial-style loft. Parking with gate. Quiet environment between the canal and the Bourbince. Our capacity is 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed), 1 child or 1 adult (1 single bed) and 1 baby (1 crib), if necessary and on request a king-size inflatable mattress can be added in the living room or in one of the bedrooms. The downstairs sofa is not convertible.

Suitable for walking, cycling, close to the canal of the river activity center, Spacious it is ideal for 6 people (couple and children). Its balcony and courtyard will make your time pleasant.
