Close to all amenities (PMU Bar, bakery, pharmacy, 250 m from a Leclerc, 3 min walk as well as the tourist office). You have a large living room with balcony, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet. The town of Brienne is ideally located for various activities such as the Nigloland Amusement Park 20 minutes away, its 3 lakes and factory stores in Troyes.

Terrasse sécurisée et entièrement close avec salon de jardin, bains de soleil et barbecue. A 5 minutes du parc Nigloland, 10 minutes du Lac d'Amance et 45 minutes de Troyes et des magasins d'usine.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

The house is located a few hundred meters from the town center. It is spacious, old-style, with rustic furniture. Free parking is available in front of the house. Nearby are the Lakes (Lake Dienville, Lake Der, Lake Mesnil St Père) and its beaches, the Lakes bike path (42 km path), the Nigloland amusement park, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, the Joa Lac du Der casino in Giffaumont, and the circuit of half-timbered churches.

A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second a double bed (convertible into two single beds) and a trundle bed offering two single beds. A bathroom and an independent toilet. On the ground floor: a large living room with a sofa bed for two extra beds. A fully equipped kitchen and a second toilet.

All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
