Small house attached to our farmhouse. You can enjoy your nature stay in complete autonomy where the fauna and flora are still well preserved (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing...). 15 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, 10 minutes from the Lurcy-Lévis circuit. You will find all amenities 10 minutes away. You will have access to the garden where you can meet our dog and our two cats who complete the family. Possibility to park motorcycle or karting in our garage.

New 23 m2 apartment on the first floor of a small house, ideally located 300 m from the city center and all shops, the hospital center, sports facilities including the aqualudic center, the banks of the Allier and less than 1 km from the CNCS. Fully equipped, it has a separate entrance. Street parking is easy and free of charge. We have a second identical studio on the same floor.

140 m2 cottage in a restored barn, surrounded by nature. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), pets allowed, private parking, Wi-Fi, extra heating (see conditions in other remarks). The price of €80/night corresponds to the accommodation of 1 to 4 guests, beyond that, an extra €14/night per guest, excluding cleaning (at the expense of guests or optional - €40)

Close to our farm, we offer for rent this typical Bourbon farmhouse that we have just completely renovated in June 2021. The house is located close to Moulins (30 Km), Bourbon-l'Archambault and its spa (20 Km), Tronçais Forest (20 Km), Lurcy-Lévy and its circuit (7 Km), 20 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. You will find a very nice network of hiking trails.
