Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint Lucy

It was a great stay for us as a group of 7. you had everything you wished for, plenty of space and privacy for everyone, practical kitchen and functional bathrooms. also being walking distance from one the nicest beach on the island - Heywoods beach - is a great plus!

It would be easy to end up in the wrong area or with a bland villa in Barbados, but Mustard Seed is ideal on both counts. Sally at Chestertons was extremely helpful, this is not the cheapest holiday, but you definitely get what you pay for. Everything was made safe for children - we had a toddler in the group - and the very well appointed rooms had quirkiness and an authentic tropics vibe. Walkable excellent beach and restaurants, but I would recommend the concierge service for airport transfers, initial food shopping and car hire. You're better with your own car. Great holiday, great villa, great host.

Had a fantastic time at Gibbs Breeze. The villa was perfect, plenty of space and extremely comfortable. The outside area was lovely, we loved spending time in the pool.

Very good position across from a beautiful beach. Sun loungers provided to take with us and beach towels. Donna is lovely and communication was easy. The garage nearby was reasonably priced for essentials. I would recommend CCs on a Monday night, lovely food and good entertainment, we danced on the beach! A trip to Speightstown is also a must do ..try Kaboose for a fish cutter lunch.

A clean, comfortable home in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay in Barbados. Our three young children loved the green space -and the pools! Well-equipped and nicely maintained, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Ideal for a peaceful getaway.

The apartment is front apt in 8 min walk from rhe last bus stop in Speighstown. Beautiful beaches are 7-8 min away. And probably 10-12 min to the bars/restaurants/ grocery stores part of the town. Very functional kitchen, modern stove if you are into cooking on vacation:-)), all necessities to prepare meal. Spacious and functional furniture. Place is very quiet and the neighbour's are very nice and friendly always saying hello. Debbie is very accommodating, arranging earlier chckin in and flexible check out. We loved the apartment !

Everything was as described and the place was beautiful. The beach was at the bottom of the driveway. Kirk was very responsive and made instructions as well as check-in and check-out very seamless. Will be booking again!

Vuemont is secluded and peaceful with good amenities and really responsive staff. (We didn't want for anything, but Alicia checked in regularly to make sure we had all we needed and sent us holiday/restaurant tips which was lovely, making us feel more like family friends than random guests.) The apartment was really spacious and light and had everything we needed to relax, cook for ourselves and enjoy our holiday. The complex is really secure with 24hr staff, it is a little remote which makes lovely for a quiet restful time, but a short drive away from St Peters and attractions like the nature reserve and Haymans Market. Our favourite part was the lovely deck area that overlooked the pool and gardens. A great place to spend the evening with a rum cocktail! I would highly recommend and definitely come again. It could easily become a home from home......

Pierreson is the best host I have ever met! He is extremely thoughtful for any detail that could make a guests stay even more perfect and unforgettable. He even installed a pulley to bring my heavy suitcase to the upstairs apartment and down again. The first day he gave me a tour around the city which helped a lot for orientation. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It looks exactly like in the pictures. There are different beautiful beaches in walking distance easily accessible in 5 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets are 15 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. I would very much love to come back and stay at Pierresons apartment. I highly recommend this place!

What a shocking Barbados experience, in the very best sense! Jan’s property is owned and operated by genuine hospitality professionals and it shows! My arrival was overseen with unexpected service and a welcome stock of many food basics to settle me in with relief and joy (including items that are nearly impossible to find on store shelves lately). Immaculate with cleaning services every few days. Maintenance is a top priority, evident in the functionality of appliances and plumbing fixtures, which can suffer in the tropics. The pool and patio area also perfectly maintained, functional and stocked. Jan’s “right hand,” Sandra, is godsent…. Warm, incredibly hard working, friendly, available and extraordinarily skilled. I understand why Jan has loyal return guests! I hope to be fortunate enough to join their ranks.

We had a fun but short stay in Speightstown, and wish we had stayed longer! Quiet, clean and walking distance from the beach, great food and drinks. Street parking was no issue. Would absolutely come back!

Mikes is a lovely place to stay. Bedroom is amazing with a great smart tv, really comfortable superking bed, en suite with rain shower which is not shown in pictures & lots of wardrobe space. Kitchen has all gadgets you need to be fully self catering, including air fryer which was invaluable as the oven smelt strongly of gas when on. Mike provides coffee pods, really nice toilet paper & afew basic items which is handy, but check expiry dates. Upon arrival Mike does a very thorough walk through with lots of instructions so bring listening ears, but most things are self explanatory. He is on hand & responsive if you needed. The property is safe & secure, & we didn’t hear neighbours at all. Unfortunately bedroom backs on to the main road so this is noisy, as is the wonderful wildlife at night. Bugs are rife & come through bedroom aircon onto bed. Pool is lovely but shaded by trees & noisy as by road. Dogs are very smelly but absolutely lovely. Haywoods local beach is the best we went to!

As a solo traveller this place was perfect for me. Modern, airy and spotlessly clean. More than enough kitchen equipment. 2 huge smart TVs so I could use my Netflix etc. 5 min walk to the caboose….best place on the island for fish cutters and a really cool vibe going on there. On the 3 minute walk from the property to the main road I think I chatted to every local. Such a friendly neighbourhood. And I saw a monkey run along the garden fence! All in all I had an amazing 11 days, and I’ll defo be returning. Thanks Halim

Zharia’s loft truly exceeded my expectations! The property was exactly as described in the listing, which is always a relief. The beautiful scenery surrounding the place was absolutely breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee on the patio or evening sunsets. One highlight was walking 5 minutes to Mackeson bar for karyoke and conversations with the neighbors. Plus, the location couldn’t be better! It was super easy to access both the east and west coast beaches, making it a perfect base for beach hopping. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views and convenient access to the best of the area. I can’t wait to return!

My partner and I and our 7 year old son just spent an incredible 2 weeks at Nicole’s apartment, and the stay was perfect. Nicole is a great communicator and host, and the apartment is as described, good aircon for the bedrooms, hot showers, lovely large balcony for breezy end of day drinks. It has everything we needed from a practical sense too, for the beach days for example mats, toys and towels. So much on your doorstep here if you have a car; convenience store, great restaurants on the beachfront, beaches like Mullins, Gibbes etc very short drive takeouts and beach side eateries and bars. We would definitely book Nicole’s place again, it was a very comfortable stay and highly recommended.

Spacious, quiet and private apartment within short walking distance to stunning local beaches with many restaurants nearby to suit all budgets. Located in a quiet neighbourhood this apartment is very spacious and well equipped with AC in both bedrooms. There also a spacious outdoor seating area. The location is close walking distance to some breathtaking local beaches and there is also plenty of bars and restaurants close by too. I would highly recommend renting a car and exploring more of the island, I used "A's and P" (local company I would highly recommend) but there are also local bus stops close by with frequent services. Karen was a great host, very helpful and accommodating and great communication before and during our stay. Thank you once again for a fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, we felt comfortable straightaway. Easy access to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The buses pass right by and the yellow buses you can just put your hand out and they stop. For 3 bananas dollars fifty, which is roughly £1.30, you can travel as far as the bus goes. Restaurants we loved Local and co in Speighstown, the fish pot just past same. SeaCat and Tides in Holetown were lovely. I have to say that I lost the safe key and got onto Katie, who asked Ann her ‘fixer’ to come round. It all happened very quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable cost with a lock smith. Thanks Ann and Katie. Would highly recommend this apartment.

This place is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous apartment with amazing views. The pool and the beach just outside the gates are really nice and you’ll get a perfect view of the sunsets from the private rooftop terrace. We didn’t cook much but found there wasn’t much for condiments or spices to use, just salt and pepper. The housekeeper came once during our stay to wash towels and change the sheets which was nice too.

Sarah's home is a GEM, simply beautiful, amazing, relaxing & superbly located in a private & peaceful area. It felt much bigger than the photos described, we felt very at home, lots of space/ bathrooms. Super comfy beds, linen & towels pristine & plentiful. The balcony was huge it has stunning views which were breathtaking, so relaxing. We were able to see the pool from our balcony which is handy to check-in on my youngest who couldn't get enough. The pool was spotless & cleaned regular. Gibbes beach was very close less than 10mins walk, Mullins extra 10min & lots of places to eat CCs etc. We visited Speightsown, Oistins, Bridgetown & Holetown mostly by bus, the yellow one. it was fab. Took the Blue bus to Bridgetown & has WiFi (blue bus is Government) have exact money drivers do not handle cash, fare is placed directly in pay box (no change given) Big supermarket in Holetown has everything. The home was comfortable, the amenities gave us what we needed, the location is great, the price is right, and Kalista is amazing. We had newborns with us, and in addition to managing the property it turned out she was available to help with daycare and the babies loved her! Plus a 8-10 min walk to one of the best restaurants on the island with plenty of others nearby.

Ian’s place was simply beautiful. It was in a great location - walking distance to Mullins Beach. 10mins from Speightstown. 5mins to Haymans Market (u must go) 30 min drive from the airport. Check in and check out was easy using a lock box. The garden was spectacular. Suzette came by once to clean change sheets and towels etc. Oddy the gardener was such a lovely guy. Having the use of a washer and dryer was really helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and 9 days. Will easily stay there again! Thank you Ian, we loved your place!

Sandy View was a beautifully furnished and well appointed condo with ample space for 3 couples. The views from the balcony across the beach were stunning. Volney was fantastic and got us some shopping in for our arrival as the supermarkets were closed early on the Sunday. She serviced the condo regularly and promptly address an issue with the hot water. The booking process was easy and Richard was really helpful before we arrived offering advice on transportation and restaurants. The beach was lovely but be sure to go to Heywood’s beach just 10 mins walk from the condo to the right. Two supermarkets close by were great. I would recommend Baia, Local&Co snd Sand Street Bistro as well as the pizzas at Orange Street Grocer. Pier One about a 1 mile walk right from the condo offers lovely sunbeds and a pool free if you eat there. I would highly recommend @Shasacatamarancruises for a private charter to snorkel and swim with turtles with your food and bar included. Really good value.

We loved our stay at Post St Charles. The pools are great and the beaches beautiful. Apartment 260 is just as described, with everything you could need and in a great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hope to return soon.
