The apartment is at 5 minutes walk to the metro Saint-Mandé, on line 1 of the metro. This line is speedy and conveniently takes you straight to a lot of the main sites. Travel times: Bastille and the Marais : 10 minutes The Louvre and Palais Royal: 15 minutes Champs Elysées: 20 minutes The Eiffel Tower: 40 minutes Montmartre/ Sacré Coeur : 45 minutes Charles de Gaulle Airport: 60-90 minutes Orly Airport: 60-90 minutes There are also 2 Velib stations on the street and 2 buses running all day and night to Saint-Mandé. If you have a car, note that street parking is available, but same as with the rest of Paris, you will have to pay for it, and it might take a little while before you find a spot. When renting the apartment, guests will have the whole place to themselves. It is located on the ground floor. The apartment itself is bright and airy with a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). The place fits 2 comfortably ! It is fully furnished with all the modern cons such as big tv, blu-ray player, wi-fi internet... The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven and vitro-ceramic stove. All bed linen is provided as well as towels and a hairdryer. The neighbourhood is mostly residential, so it's safe and quiet with food shops, markets, delis just a few minutes away. The biggest park of Paris (bois de Vincennes) is just a 10 minutes walk. Check in and check out times can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check in will be from 5pm, and check out will be at 12pm. See you soon !

The accommodation is well equipped for you to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Located in the Rigolots district of Vincennes, this apartment is close to all amenities (Post Office, Restaurants, Shops...) just 600 meters from Bois de Vincennes and a 15-minute walk from RER A and Metro – Château de Vincennes. Bus stop (118-124) at the foot of the building. There is no parking, but free spaces are available on Rue Pasteur, which is close to my street.

The studio is accessible by elevator, it is bright, comfortable and quiet. A stone's throw from Bois de Vincennes and the zoo. If you visit Paris, you will be close to line 1, the tram or bus 86 which takes you to St Germain des Prés via Place de la Bastille. Many excellent shops nearby.
