Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Mandé

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

Great apartament, great position and connection to city centre and great host. Very good apartament for up to six persons, nice, modern, clean and in a nice safe area with plenty of good places to eat nearby. 2 min walk from M1 which takes you to city center in 20 min. Great experience overall, thank you!

Amazing space. My husband and I shared it whilst we were in Paris for a few day sight seeing and to see Beyonce. The property is 1-2-1 like the images, no hidden surprises. Cute, compact and clever. Nicely designed. Max 10 mins walk away from several key metro stations. Was in central (for example Notre dame) door to door within 20 mins. Supermarkets close by. Safe and clean area and neighbourhood. Mike is wonderful, flexibel and communicative. Would 100% stay again.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. Beautiful apartment in a wonderful part of Paris . Highly recommended

We are very pleased with our stay. We recommend the accommodation, which is quiet, close to the metro, well arranged if you are 2 to occupy the bedroom and the living room (the comfortable sofa bed).

I like suburban vibe to the place. Surroundings that are in tune with the locals, which brought a great experience to me as a visitor to Paris. The Apartment was quaint, has everything that I need as listed, felt at home after a long day out exploring Paris. For me is a learning point on the expectation of it being on the fourth floor where i find it very difficult with my luggage… I guess it’s a learning point for any stay in Europe which is known for their classic building without any elevator. Nevertheless the experience was good with clear communication when I needed help (eg I’ve requested for an extra standing fan due to the heat, where the owner was kind enough to provide it).

We had a great time staying in Chandras place. The apartment is great and has more space than a typical Parisien 2 room apartment. Vincennes is a great location for a visit to Paris. Really good transport connections to the city but far enough away to be relaxing too. Chandra is a great host. Great communication throughout and very welcoming. Recommended !

The apartment is very functional and the area is very peaceful which is appreciated after long days of sightseeing in Paris

I was looking for accommodation at an affordable price, given the high prices in the center of Paris, and I was very satisfied with the choice. Although it is a bit far from the center, it is very convenient to reach with various possibilities of using public transport. Very convenient to Disneyland. The spotless apartment is perfect for two people, with a market 200m away. I highly recommend it. The only note is to consider that it is on the third floor without an elevator, but for a few days it is certainly not a problem. Thanks to the hosts who, even though I didn't meet them in person, were very kind and helpful in responding promptly to all my requests.

This apartment is in a very nice location and easy to get to the Centre using public transport. The beds are good and the place is small but very functional. The only thing missing is some things in the kitchen, we did not cook there at all , the kitchen works but is a bit basic. I would come back to this Airbnb. We enjoyed our time there and recommend it.

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Christine’s Airbnb in Paris. It was beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic area with many cafes restaurants and bars. Christine’s apartment had everything you could possibly want for, and we felt right at home. Christine was a lovely friendly host and showed us everything we needed to know. We hope to stay longer next time!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Benoit’s beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a balcony, bath and well equipped kitchen. The apartment block is very quiet and in a nice non-touristy neighbourhood. Very convenient for the metro. Benoit was a great host. We would highly recommend for those wishing to have a proper French experience away from the busy tourist spots.

Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

It's a small place with all the amenities. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. It is also conveniently close to Metro line 1.
