In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful lake of Vassivière, come and discover our fully renovated cottage. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Located near Vallières ( all shops), the area offers many possibilities : walking, cycling or mountain biking , horseback riding or motorcycle, fishing . The property is 10 minutes from Lake Lavaux Gelade (300 ha) and 35 minutes from Lake Vassivières ( 1000 ha). On a cultural level, the Aubusson Tapestry Museum and other sites such as Vulcania are close by.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Charming apartment at Lake Vassivière, on the Broussas-de-Maulde peninsula, with access to the lake on foot in 3 min/200 m, supervised beach, parking, terrace, restaurant. In the Millevaches Natural Park, there are also many opportunities for hiking, outdoor sports, etc. Our accommodation is close to art and culture (contemporary art museum, cultural events). Wi-Fi available.
